i was afraid of tube tops for fear of flashing people as well (im a D cup) but i found that most of them have elastic on the top seam which prevents it from sliding. think of how low rise skirts are made… they usually have an elastic band at the top that maintains the skirt on the hips… thats exactly how tube tops work !!
