Mirza (just a title and not a name) ‘Ghalib’ was a poor poet that used to recite in the Mughal kings court and who was so inspirational that even the kings got inspired and became poets. This was his pen name and it loosely means the dominator. His real name was Asad Ullah Khan. He died poor but became famous after his death. His poems are taught in India and Pakistan. He was of a very satirical mindset and so his funny stories are also shared amongst school children. Great job with the reactions. You’re learning so much as you go along (in a respectful way).
Rockstar is sort of a satire/parody mocking a typical "Rockstar/PopStar mentality". Some lyrics seem nonsensical because they are 😁. Not every song needs to be deep, some are just enjoyable head bops like this one
"its allowed to do 4" means in islam you can do 4 marriages at a time means you can have 4 wives if you r wealthy enough to keep all 4 wives happy and equal, like 4 houses and all 4 luxuries for all your wives
The instrument is flute. The thing I love about your reactions is that you're honest which is really missing these days. Nowadays, almost all reactions are fake
Sir give reaction on Kashmir beats season 2 song Safina sung by shuja haider sir he is a composer song writer producer director and a singer it's a slow track but really touché .....
The allowed four is two-pronged I feel. It’s probably a dig at celebrities who’d probably sleep around or have extra-martial affairs and he’s included it in the context of being a Muslim. Someone’s already explained the socio-historic context around this and it is definitely not the norm. ‘Channo’ was one of his earlier hits (not in coke studio) and ‘Madhubala’ was a song he did in a film in India referencing one of the most famous female actresses of the 50s and 60s in Bollywood. She played Anarkali based on a story about a Mughal prince who falls in love with a courtyard singer in the epic Mughal-e-Azam which took over a decade in the making but that’s another story for another day!
Fascinating Jay thank you. It's an interesting take on how the teachings may get misinterpreted, especially by those of us less familiar with their true meanings!
@@DivergentReactions it actually means, in abrahmic religions polygamy is pretty normal, so basically he is saying i truly love you baby, but as you know in islam four marriages are allowed, but i still love you
4 is refrence to islamic culture where a man is allowed to have 4 wives bt that comes with some conditions such as if u can provide for all 4 equally plus its to support orphan or widowed girls who have no one to look after them
@@DivergentReactions It isn't really as simple as just "he is a Muslim" thus he can; there's socio-historical context in Islam re polygamy, but unfortunately it's one of the most common misconceptions about Islam because the context is completely missed out, as well as the conditions of polygamy in islam which a lot of men are ignorant about, e.g. in early Islamic history in a battle where many men were killed, meaning many women + children were left without support, polygamy in this context was permitted. Another condition being you must be just to your wives if you do marry more than one, if you fear you cannot do so then only marry one. It's something that does get abused which is wrong, it's not something you should just do just because you're a man, islam has guidelines and takes into consideration the marriage and both the man and woman's position in polygamy. Hope this helps
@@DivergentReactions To discourage extra-marital affairs, which destroys families, in Islam it is permissible to marry up to 4 women. But, that is extremely rare.
Thank you for your reaction on Ali Zafar ❤

I love that idea, you can tell the subtle humour in the intonation as well as the lyrics!
Mirza 'Ghalib' was a famous serious poet of the nineteenth century so its completely opposite because he was a simple personality
Fascinating thank you for that! I love the contrast between the two based on what you've just said!

Allowed to four means in our religion Muslim
Allowed to four marriages so that's he talking about
Interesting thank you Hassan! :)
In islam there are four wives allowed that whats he mean in the beginning
5:45 "I'm allowed four" means he is allowed to marry 4 women as he is a Muslim and it is allowed in Islam.
Oh wow I didn't know this - Thanks for clarifying! That's interesting!

@@DivergentReactions It's just a word play, yes Muslim are allowed 4 wives but hardly anyone does that these days due to socio-economic issues.

I think he is taking a pot shot at religion that seems to allow men to marry four women.
That's an interesting take on it! The whole song feels a little tongue-in-cheek so that would fit the tone
Amazing Reaction ☺️❤️
Thank you!! 😁
