NRS was actually listening, since Smoke, Reptile, Ermac and Takeda were all heavily requested and 3 of them were missing since MKX and some Smoke fans say the Triborg variant didn’t count so he was missing since MK9. On the other hand, maybe including them was just common sense 😂

Man I love playing Takeda he’s so much fun but WHY NETHERREALM every other dlc character (maybe not quan chi) was waaaay more powerful on release. Like at leeeeast make his forward 4 overhead a combo starter like come oooooooonnnnn

takeda is not a good character at all in this game. outside of 1+2 shimmy and his damage, he has no mind games he’s able to enforce to open up the opponent. fun to look at, but the enjoyment dissipates the more u remember how useless his buttons are and are the reasons he can’t anything going unless the opponent screws up. he needs a rework and they need to embrace what made him such a threat in mkx instead of nerfing all his buttons into the ground
