I'm so happy I found your channel this year and signed up to the newsletter. Being a part of this community has already taught me so much about what is possible for me. Thank you for making the content you do, my little contrarian heart is buzzing. Loads of love from a 20 year old trying to figure herself out❤️

Ikr! Im so glad I came across her channel, being a teen myself I often find myself lost when it comes to financial decisions, but codie has got us covered 😎
read my book it will help you
@@safiamunir5046 what's the title and how can I get a copy
1. Work for free to LEARN
2. Get Jacked (hit the gym)
3. Join a community of ppl who don’t suck
4. Buy a HOUSE(S) (get them to cashflow)
5. Passport Stamp (travel)
6. Skill Stack
7. Become interesting by doing weird stuff (become interesting)
To everyone reading. This list is accurate but the video is worth to be watched all the way through the end. Thank you for the summary.
“You can make money doing about anything… but probably not if you hate doing it.” The kinda resonated with me more than I care to admit
1. Trade your time for knowledge, NOT money
2. Getting Jacked(Get fit)... weak argument coming from her at this, but still makes sense its on the list
3. A community of people who don't s*ck (unless you are a porn star... JK)
4. A house or a Condo
5. Passport stamp
6. Skill stack
7. Become Interesting by Doing weird stuff
Successful people don't become that way overnight.most people see at a glance wealth, a great career, purpose-is the results of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life.
You're so correct! save, invest and spend for necessities and a few luxuries relatives to own total assets ratio
The market is volatile at this time , hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the share/ETF you focus on.
Wow, I'm just shocked you mentioned Expert Alise thought am the only one trading with her

That's 100% true✅
100%. I declined business school offers because I didn't think the money required for that was worth it (however, I did get a technical degree instead). Took the money to make down payment on a couple of houses instead and started a few businesses. Some wins some fails. But the experience was great. You are right on joining country and other private clubs. I was too cheap to do that. Having the exposure to successful people is worth a ton more than sitting in classes doing excel based on what textbooks tell you to.
I have also traveled the world. It's not worth to wait till you are old to do that. There is nothing wrong with traveling when you are old, but the experience is different.
I hear you on skills stacking. My degrees are in history and government, but never went to law school because I knew I’d be bored. I work in the tax industry, and everyone said I should get my CPA license. Too much stress.
I like to think skills stacking gets you to be a conceptual thinker, able to make connections across many bodies of knowledge.
⬆️
Let's talk, I have something bigger to introduce👈📊
Had to pause on the community photo! Crazy how Alex and Leila, and Vanessa Lau, were part of the same group as you.
Growing amongst those that grow as well is such a vibe 🎯
Fearlessly telling it straight. Refreshing!!! Thank you
You’re killing it Codie. I wish I was doing what I’m doing now and thinking like I am when I was in my 20s. Now 34 just moving forward on the change of mindset and action I very much appreciate the shared knowledge from you and Hormozi
Thank you very much @Codie, every time I get your CZcams notifications right away I know it’ll be a learning experience and it has been
Amazing! What do u want to see next?
- trade time for knowledge
-entrepreneur group
(already travel, will check the book out)
(already interesting- always trying new things)
Thanks, Codie!
Codie's contents are truly cool and honestly practical....love it.
This is bulletproof. I love it.
Never thought about skill stacking like this, always been insecure because my experience is broad and deep on random aspects business. Love clowning on the MBA peeps too :)
This is the content that I've been craving. So refreshing!
Great business mentor Codie, Always success in your business.
Be a savage in bizz! 👍 Thanks Cody! Preach!
That Steve Jobs breakdown was amazing and I can't thank you enough for your words. You are magnetic and I appreciate you sharing!
Codie this is my favorite video you ever posted!
Thank you for breaking it down!!We'll have regrets for things we did not participate in...Investment should always be on any creative man's heart for success in life.
I agree with you and I believe that the secret to financial stability is having the right lnvestment ideas to enable you earn more money, I don't know who agrees with me but either way, I recommend either real estate or crypto and stocks
I wanted to trade crypto but got confused by the fluctuations in price
@@derrickmaxwell8163 The fluctuations of the market only affect those that hodl coins, but traders makes money on both sides, when it's bearish they go short when it's bullish they go long.
The best strategy to use in trading crypto is to trade with a professional, like Olivia Jersey she understand the market quite well, that way maximum profits are guaranteed.
Same here, started with $3,000 now earning $28,300 bi-weekly profits with her trading program.
This was great ! Lots of great tips and assured me I’m on the right path. Because of your videos I am no looking into boring business to buy.
This is incredibly refreshing in a world of “financial independence gurus” thank you for this. Real talk.
I love the motivation you have!
Great video. Always dropping knowledge. 🔥🔥
Absolutely BRILLIANT!!! I’m not in my 20s, and I honestly believe these all apply to me. It’s never too late.
trading your time for knowledge is the most fulfilling thing ever. Thank you codie for enlightening us with your knowledge.
My question is what you suggest to people who are in their late 30s and early 40s. Please.
Times and times again Codie is the only CZcamsr I came across who makes sense moneywise
Wonderful advices!
Love the skill stacking, doing this now, though I didn't realize this is what it's called. Even with two or three skills the difference in momentum is noticeable.
Started collecting passport stamps before twenty with some time in the military. So many wonderful memories and stories. Nothing quite like connecting with the locals in a faraway place. My most recent trip I made a point of finding local swing dancing groups in Berlin, Tokyo, and Singapore - there's nothing like a shared joyful experience to connect people and cultures.
Buying knowledge, so many great options for this one compared to 20-30 years ago, it's like drinking from a firehose!
Your hair style is amazing !
First time I've heard the term "skill stack". I've been calling this "stringing pearls" to make a necklace. I love your explanation of its power!
Best vid I've seen in a long time. Thanks a ton.
This is quite comprehensive and common sensical. Good content.
Keep up the good work!
Definitely skill stack. Knowledge, experience, and refined skills are things with limitless value!
Very nice explanation…I regret that I didn’t realize all these options in my 20’s. Now I am in 40’s, and want to earn more, please make a video for people in early 40’s. Thank you
I started an MBA and realized I could get way more value from starting a business...so I did and it paid off big time.
I’m in my 30s now but I look like I’m in my 20s. I have joined several entrepreneur groups and now working on the skill stacking.
I'm not 20 anymore but looking back I can now tell that skill stacking has been my secret sauce.
Younger me: helped my parents run their SB when I was young, went to culinary school, migrated
Me 5 years ago: bought a small convenience store, went hyper focused on offering international ingredients for local immigrant residents and community, turned profit, bought 2 more.
Also, ditched the MBA and used that money to buy that first location.
I def hear you.
Great info as usual, thanks for sharing.
Super underrated content. Thank you
Yessssssss
This gave me way more strategic motivation to get jacked!!! The numbers don't lie :)
Awesome! CZcams is improving its video suggestion!
So much wisdom.
Thank you, Codie. Maybe the most valuable 12 minutes I have ever spent on CZcams to date.❤
Wow amazing what else can we cover?
Wonderful content and love your channel!
Thank you so much!
Thank you for your candor and disregard for PC language. People need to hear this if they want to get rich😁
Exactly 😂
I love this channel as I came upon it through another investing channel. This beautiful woman gives the most practical common sense ideas and mindset. A lot of channels show you all the unrealistic-non-practical ideas.
She doesn't think she is above anything or anybody. She gives advice and ideas that are not only practical but very applicable ways to make money. I can't say enough about her.
I, for instance, stumbled upon this little side hustle no one would think of she would appreciate. It's basically furniture flipping, but I buy table sets and refinish them and sell them. I make anywhere from a $150 to $200 profit plus a side hustle.
Anyway, I've subscribed to her newsletter and am still binging on her videos for days now. Thank goodness for this channel.
@user-mh9cn6hv5c scammer
I love you thank you. You inspire me.
The skill stacking bit blew me away. I've been doing this all my life without knowing there's a term to describe it. I'm known for being 1/5 money, 1/5 hype man, 1/5 teacher, 1/5 networker, and 1/5 skilled driver. Now, I run a company with a couple guys who used to work at FAANGs flipping cars, depositing that into real estate investing, getting rental money to flip more cars. Etc etc
👆
Send a directly message to that number 👆👆 thanks for watching 👈I have something bigger to introduce ✍️📊
THANK U SO MUCH I LOVE YOUR WISDOM
❤❤❤❤❤❤
A lot of lessons in one video thanks 😊 🙏
Thanks again Codie. Could you do a video on "Getting OPM", please? That's my barrier to market. I've learned where to meet entrepreneurs, but I need help on that next step... "Would you care to invest?" TIA!
You're seriously the GOAT.
It's like she read my mind! Great advice.
Finally someone agrees about owning a house as a wealth builder ,it worked for me also and will continue to work!
i been doing it all wrong im turning 30 and i need to turn my life around and get entrepreneurial
Great words to live by! I've lived an incredible life following some of these rules (wish I had known them all a couple decades ago : D )
Thanks Codie for these videos. I'm sharing them with my 18 year old daughter. It's great that she can see success in others and learn from your stories...because hearing the same words from someone who isn't your dad resonates so much more at 18.

I’m 52 I love to traveling. I love all this ideas
I think it would be time that you‘re publishing your first book❤
Your videos were recommended to me by a friend...I rather enjoy them and your personality. I was raised in a rather negative, typical "hater" of all things Mexican household. Any suggestions on how to overcome this mentality/obstacle? Appreciate you and your feedback. Be well👍
Fantastic and really authentic advice! Wish I knew this in my 20s. Trying to make sure my daughter knows (many of) these things before then. So many people spend money/time on a niche they hate or least don't really love: the universities are full of them. Was a lecturer and always thought: "What a waste of money, time and energy!"
My biggest mistake early on 😮
@@CodieSanchezCT me, too... but it ended up being a stepping stone. So, I learned and moved on.
Hi there, love your videos. I have my first house and looking into my second house. We have 150k in equity in our house. Now, we have around 20-30k cash. Would it be better to used the cash or used HELOC for the next down payment?
I'm going to continue with learning. I like so much of what you say. As I pursue the path I just set out on while at the same time, I'm going to help a friend. He needs help but has done garage doors for years and is good. I'm going to help him and myself buy opening a garage door company. Maybe gonna map it out first.
I love business! Watch all your content. Any advise for stay at home moms -40’s😮 🎉
Or trying to drink more smoothies I've been doing that it's actually more cheaper than you think especially if you buy the ingredients and just blend it yourself
great ideas, thx
God i love your vibes
Jeez
Thank you for speaking out against the "rent gurus." We had to sell our house and move into an apartment in another city, so we went back to paying rent at $2400 a month?! It's way more expensive than a mortgage. This same apartment was $1200 - $1400 in this area five years ago, except we don't get to keep any of that appreciation or ever finish having payments. We're gonna have so much money back in our bank account when we buy a house, much less when we finish the payments.
Fantastic!
12:40 honestly, i would do them all at all costs. thanks 4ur video. always interesting and educational!
Thanks for watching!
Definitely get jacked yes but not overly jacked and you rock btw ❤love your positivity
Hey Codie, that picture with you, Sam, Vanessa, Alex, etc. - Who runs that mastermind group?
Skill stacking!!!
Super practical and easy to follow business advice. I do appreciate the money tips those guys Dave Ramsey and Susie offer on your money, but this is how to be best with your most valuable asset (yourself). Great video, looking forward to more 👍🏽
I appreciate that!
I love you Codie. I completely agree with everything. But I do wanna get an MBA, doing my best to not pay for it tho 🤣
Learnt so much from you. Junior entrepreneur here, your channel inspired me to buy my first business this month. Going on to my second next.
It’s a big world out there, thank you for showing me the ropes
What business did you buy and why?
You got this!
Figuring out my skill stack and doubling down on that.
great video
Hitting the gym is my number one.
My high school reunion was 4 days after you posted this video 😂😂😂 everyone hit me like "how come you didn't goooo" lol
Start a business my boys!
I hypothesis on the earning differential from those who are more fit and more attractive, has a lot to do with confidence. I think being fit and attractive gives us more confidence and people with more confidence take more risks, more risks taken, equals more money. I think an unfit, unattractive person with confidence in themselves can out earn the common person.
Codie, question about the house buying. Would that still be true even if you paid a mortgage?
love it!
#2 GET JACKED! haha love it .. go and workout !
I just wanted to note that you have 420k subscribers ;)
Im in my 40s and I still going for the skills stacking thing. I think I will do it until Ill die.
I agree with some of these and don't agree with others
That's actually what I'm looking for I'm interested in design I have some basic understanding made a couple hundred products in the process of trying to get one on the shelves what I need is a co-founder someone who understands finance and raising capital and it's great with people
Security sounds like
one of the hardest
industries you could
manage ever
I’m in my 40s and I’m doing all of these things.
I’m a florist and would like to know what I can do to make more money on my own. Not working for a company.
I think you should have a mix of rentals and ones that you're trying to own
if you had millions I would put it in dividend stocks. Only use the dividends to live off if not do dividend drip and have my dividends grow. Passive income for the win.
Hitting the gym...STAT!
Facts all day
I actually think you should rent particularly because if you're doing a room in house when people go to see you they don't realize that they can't sue you because you don't own it have this experience myself
I couldn't imagine spending 4k to be in a club, plus I'm so introverted I dont think I would ever connect ...lol
