I’ve had my zero stress slims for 18 months and I love them absolutely no problem with them at all. Ps I enjoy all your videos very informational thank you and keep up the great work
Cheers WWD, had my eyes on these for a long time and finally I found someone who reviews them! Thanks!
Thanks for all you do man. We all love ya
I’m going to give the neons a try. At first I thought the zero stress would be perfect for soft tip, but now I’m terrified they would just turn into mini-trampolines. Thanks for the review!
I honestly think they would be like mini trampolines. Especially combined with a soft tip point flopping in the board
I love my condor axe neon orange been using them about 3 months now had zero stress but i have a tight grouping and actually put a hole in them first time using them. Took back to where i got them and the store replaced with the condor axe orange med. Love them. Im shopping for new darts and ordered some target bolides they should be here few days thanks to your review. Keep them comming
Big fan of the AXE system. The firmness and rigidity of them work really well for me, as I try to group my darts really closely.
I’ve been debating getting the neons for over a year! May have to finally pull the trigger. Thanks for the comparison and review!
I would have never guessed that they work so well for me. Enough to where I made the switch.
I've used both on various darts.
Zero Stress hold up surprisingly well in my experience.
As far as deflections, I see it far less on the back of a heavier dart which just bends them out of the way every time, where a lighter dart springs off them occasionally.
I think it comes down to whether you want to stack or ride the darts in, which the Axe allows you to do, as you demonstrated perfectly.
The Zero Stress can't be trusted not to trampoline the incoming dart.
Can 100% agree. The zero stress I use gets so frustrating when they trampoline the dart off. Will be trying the axe next. Expensive. But for the time you get out of them. Plus not having to carry lots of flights and stems etc. Got to be worth a try
Ive had these 2 hours and I might be falling in LOVE...time will tell. Im surprised no reviewer has mentioned the visual aspects of the the AXE NEON. I have the yellow and maybe they are the brighter than other colors but under my Mission 270 LED Board Light the NEON is glowing and strangely makes the target area relative to the 1st or second dart much easier to aim at. More will be revealed but serious hope for these
Been throwing with the axes the past 6 months, love them, still in perfect condition while throwing an average of 5 hours per week
I bought the Axe clear Logo flights. Seem very nice. Light as a feather. Super strong.
I use the zero stress for soft tip exclusively! they are wonderful in durability and I love how stems bend out of the way for grouping on a soft tip board. I use a set for about 3 months and then change. by that time the 90 degree angle starts to warp
I did wonder about this as I bought a couple of sets of Loxley Flip Grip darts and do want to get my nieces oldest playing darts. I might have to get a couple of sets of each and see how I go...
Thanks for the great vid. I bought the axe version and they are freaking great. Before them I had some cheap molded flights that my friend gave me and after switching to condors, I could tell the difference immediately. They straight up fly faster.
Another great review!!
Worldwide thank you for posting this because I have recently switched to a moulded Robson flight after years of a normal nylons 10 flight system I've been considering the contour systems just because of the results I am getting from the Robson flights thank you very much again help me make more decision keep up the good work
Cheers Robert. A lot of people like the Robson's. It's a good system but I found them to create a bit of drag. Not the case for the Axe. Might be worth a try?
Well just finished playing a game tonight and I think you could be right. I'm a lot more straighter with the Robson but the first dart repeatedly went below the treble and I had to work up to it so I will be giving the contour I go this week thanks I can worldwide all the best to you PS I still got the Victory and 3 game shots.
Worldwide; really nice review (as always). I don't think price is a big factor as I normally use L-style flights ($7-$10 a set) plus the L-style shafts ($4.50-$6) on most of my sets of darts. Couple that with either specialty points or the trident 180 nose cones, that set-up normally lasts me about a year. I've tried the Condor zero stress, but just didn't like them; haven't tried the Neon flights yet. Thanks and keep the reviews rolling.
That's true Mike. My Cosmo's cost a small fortune with the carbon stems. The stems alone cost WAY more than the Axe flights. But yeah, not a fan of the Zero Stress but I would highly recommend the Axe... but that comes with a huge stipulation. You have to have "flight friendly" darts. No lip on the front of the barrel or else you'll just demolish ANY flights
They sure are nice looking flights. The issue with stems and flights is that unless you are playing in a locked room by yourself things happen. So you really need to buy a second set just in case. So it looks like it is closing in on $30. Looks like I can only get one length. Time to order some. That is a 👍 recommendation. Thanks WW.
Ive been running my condor axe with tridents for over 4 months now and i dont have a single chip or any damage to the flight system. I love them
Thanks for the feedback. Since I'm using them now I was wondering but with all indications after two weeks they seem super durable.
I started out with the zero stress and switched to the Axe when they came out. I love the Axe!! They sound cool when the darts crash into each other. If you use nose cones or tapered points and your grip isn’t too aggressive they’ll pretty much last forever!! The zero stress will lose their shape after a while and act as a springboard sometimes on the incoming dart causing it to fly across the room. In either case I’ve never had a Robin Hood and the flights never split. A great quality Japanese made product in my opinion!!
Thanks for the reminder HS! That's something I totally forgot to mention in this video but I LOVE the sound of them crashing into one another. It's unlike any other flight on the market.
It took me 9 months to finally get my hands on these in a color I can stand 😂
I bought the zero stress ones like a year ago. Tested them on several different sets of darts and the same thing kept happening. The deflections I would get were just disgusting. If the incoming dart hits the stem at a certain angle it acts like a bloody catapult. I throw 26 grams I don't know if the weight of the darts affects it in any way or not. 0.1/10 These neons look too girly but they seem to be much better quality wise. Good video Worldwide keep em coming🙂👍🎯
I only started playing darts for just short of 3 months and I ordered a set of these zero stress stems+flights one week after I started because I was curious, and honestly I love them so much. Okay it's hard to judge as I'm not grouping darts that often yet as many of you guys do but besides the scratches they look perfect after let's say 60 hours of play with 24g darts. The flights still look perfectly square, I'm waiting to see the first permanent bend. But again I'm a 42 average kinda guy so hard to compare what seasoned players would do to them. Also I only used classic stems+flights for one week and I was already tired of straightening the flights and screwing the stems all the time, so I guess I'm really spoiled starting to play darts in the Condor zero stress era where I only have to screw one stem a bit per hour, instead of like 20 times I had to do with regular ones. They are literally zero stress to me, and I can focus on getting better at playing darts instead of caring about my stuff falling apart.
I have had the Condor axe (not zero stress) for over a year and they are still in perfect condition and every time I see regular paper flights and nylon stems I just shake my head. Same with points that eliminate lips at the end of your barrel its just a no brainer.
I've always been old school with just flights and shafts but for years I sometimes use Unicorn Slikstik side loading shafts and the shafts and flights last a long time with no Robin hoods, however, great review and I might just be a believer and try these out!
Nothing wrong with old school. Look at the vast majority of the professional players... they mostly all use a nylon stem and folding flights.
I use the zero stress slim ones and I’m using the same ones for the last two years
With the Axe I have found that sometimes the flights act as a bit of a springboard for the incoming dart. I had one occasion where the dart in the board was just above the T20, and the incoming dart hit it and nearly deflected up to tops. I don't not like them, but I'm gonna go back to normal folded flights for a little to see what's what.
I could definitely see that with certain throwing styles. A lot of it depends on how your dart enters the board.
Condor Neon ‘A Glowing review’ 😂
They are obviously a quality product as you demonstrated with their durability and performance.
Great stuff WWD 👍🏻
I have the Condor Axe neon green medium shafts, small flights on one set which works well for me. They're $25 Canadian. I'm hoping they last me for quite a while.
Love the video. I think I would have to agree on the Axe Neon flights over the zero stress. I would like the firmer vs the soft and flexible.
YES, nice subject 👌
Condor won me over. I’m on the first set. They are so soft and rubbery and longlasting. They indeed group tight and they have a low noise level.
I used zero neon for a year. It's worn out by now. Two curves have already been created at the edges of the pen. I have improved a lot with it. I really like its flexibility.
I tried a few different sizes of the zero stress. I had a lot of crazy/weird deflections. For me they flex too much. I tried L-style next and have been happy so far. I like that I can switch out the stem length with the l-style since I don’t use the same length stems on all my different sets of darts.
I agree. Later on in the night after the video I was seeing some odd deflections with the Zero Stress. WAY too soft for me
I've the zero-stress ones and a negative is that the stems bend and after a while the shape will just not be as new. No problems with little cracks though or something like that
The zero-stress "small M" get destroyed! Good so far so good with Condor Axe "Shaft Size M/Small Flight". Be careful not to mix up the flight shape and length. I did and now I how three sets of zero-stress with a shape and length I can't group with. Whoops. Thanks for the updated version.
I may grab a set of the axe neons. The zero stress seem like they belong on plastic tip darts, and you know how I feel about plastic darts lol.
Good comparison, thanks! Do people some times tell you you have a very weird throw? 😊 but as long as it works for you it's all good i guess :p
Thanks. I have a video on here somewhere talking about a severe case of dartitis I had. It affected the throw quite a bit
Give the harrows clic spin a go . Long lasting and less deflection off of darts in the board
logical and new, innovative, practical, maine lasted for 5months everyday used
Hi, I have another question... Which of the Condor Axe sizes is most similar to a 35mm regular short stem? Long shaft is 33.5mm according to Dartshopper, but could that really be correct?
What are the pros and cons of a Dart going to the board slower or quicker?
Always wondered why you used the standart sized flight on the neon instead of the small one 😄
For me it'd less effort to throw a flight that gets to the board quick. A quicker flight also seems to track a bit straighter. So that's why I've always used smaller flights. Problem with them is they're not as stable as a standard sized flight. The Axe fly through the air so nicely that I'm able to use a standard sized flight for the first time in years.
I bought them a few weeks ago put them on the mckicks premium whites with red dragon points with the metal cone built in (forgot the name)love them my ton numbers have gone up on league night.
That's awesome to hear! RD Trident points btw. Great points! I love the metal nose cone
@@WorldwideDarts yup that's the name haha. I've put them on all my darts I learned about the 180 nose cones from you an have had great success so I bought the repointing tool watched your video an put the red dragon points on my darts. Flight savers for sure an I think I make a small improvement with grouping.
I have a couple sets of Zero Stress, most have held up pretty well, my biggest complaint is they can actually deform pretty easily if stored improperly. I only have 1 set of the Neon, and no complaints there. I agree with the speed on these vs other molded flights, it must be that cut. I just wish they ran a few dollars cheaper and were easier to find in comparison to the L-styles/Robson/Rosts.
Yeah, they seem sold out/out of stock just about everywhere at the moment. Ever since Wright started using them they've vanished from dart shops. A-Z does have them here in the USA though. Of course $$$$
I have condor axe, target kflex, winmau fusion and zero stres. well, I'd go for k flex or axe all the time but you gotta make sure the place you play darts in has soft floor or at least a carpet. I have broken two flights just because of that. the first one was all right because I was playing on a marble floor, I should have seen it coming, but the second one was broken in our training room which has wooden floor, that was a real bummer!
since zero stress is more like rubbery, it will be more durable against breaking but the flights tend to be worn out faster than axe or kflex.
I see you went for the no2's over the no6, how come? I mean, you where using minimal flights before Condor opened your eyes. Any good reasoning behind that decision?
I think my no2 Condor are allowing me to throw pretty loopy and not so hard like I needed to with no6. My thoughts though.
Awesome flights either way!
Where is the best place to get shirts like what you are wearing in this video? Would also be great to see a video comparing dart shirts because there is a lot of unknown here in the states.
Darts Corner has all the darts clothing. I buy 99% of my stuff overseas.
In the beginning you say you use "small"
In the end you say, you love standard size.
I'm confused
Love your video's ! Thanks !
@@WorldwideDarts so to be clear, you prefer the standard size small. Thanks.
$13. Take a trip to Canada. Local darts store in Halifax NS would like to charge $35 for them
Yikes!!! Thankfully we have Darts Corner. Although I've heard they jacked up the shipping to Canada
I've been using a little over a month now. They feel and look like polycarbonate to me. They clink line glass. Deflections are an issue, but they are with all molded flights for me. I must have a light throw.
They remind me of the old Light Bright pegs from the 1980's. A weird plasticy feel to them. But at the same time slightly flexible
My opinion of these two products is night and day. I would not recommend the zero stress. Instead of getting good groups with the flexibility, I ended up getting some crazy deflections. They also warp really fast. The axe’s however group much better and they are also insanely durable which helps justify that price.
I tried the L-Style flights and do like them, but the Condor Axe is my go to stem/flight combination now. I expect I will get a year out of a set (my groups are not as tight as yours). I bought one set of the Zero-Stress just to see how they were. I agree with you that they won’t hold up near as well as the Axe system. I just checked Darts Corner and found there are a few available, but not many at this time.
That's one of the negatives with Condor at the moment... out of stock just about everywhere online
@@WorldwideDarts I checked directly with Condor (Japan). They have them in stock, however, shipping is prohibitive to North America.
@@NorthStarAttitudes Best bet is to just wait until Dartshopper or Darts Corner has them in stock.
I got 4 sets delivered from dartshopper this morning, can’t wait to tryout. 2 small 2 standard
@@markcain2266 I went online yesterday and found some standard size Axe Neon Yellow and purchased a couple of sets.
Hello, could you (or anybody else reading this) what darts Wesley Plaisier is using? I can't find them online anyewhere.
Do you know if there is a difference in material/weight between the Condor Axe Neon flights (Standard Size) as compared to the Condor Axe Solid Color (White, Black) flights? I don't want to have to try them all to test the subtle differences (if any) to the darts' performance. Thanks. Also curious about the comparison to the Cuesoul Rost AK5 Standard size flights, as the Cuesoul flights do cost a bit less.
I'm fairly certain it's the same resin formula for all the Axe flights. I have a set of the black ones and they're identical to the neon ones
Hi I am currently using L-Style flights with L190 L-Style stems, I wanted to give the Condor Axe Neons a try, which size of the condor should I order to get the same length, cant find any comparison ?? I hope for a fast reply so I can order asap :D
You only have 3 choices with Condor's so you'd have to go with the shortest option.
any chance of comparing the Cuesoul AK5s to the new T19s?
I used the zero stress during 3-4 months and switched recently to the axe system. I have a rather soft throw and because off that i have more bounce outs with the axe’s than i have with the zero stresses. Throwing with the axe’s is in my case more consistent but with more bounce outs
I do, but tomorrow i expect a delivery from dartshopper with 2 packs of trident cones. So i will check if i have better luck with the cones on. I let you know
I putted them on my red dragons amberjack 14’s. Also i saw your video where you removed the paint on the amberjacks and i have to admit they look a lot nicer. I am thinking to do the same but i am a little afraid of the grip that increases.
@@mickaelvansteenkiste5522 There ya go. That's 100% the issue. The Axe flights are so rigid that when the lip of the incoming dart catches on the dart already in the board you're going to see some wild deflections. Once you add specialty points the problem is almost 100% eliminated.
Tridents are a nice quick fix but if you have short stock points the Tridents will bash into the spider of the dartboard and might get shredded quickly. With longer points they last months.
Update: i installed the cones on my amberjacks and they fly like a dream and more important: no more bounce outs.
Hi again , I too tried the zero stress flight/stem for awhile but have gone over to the cosmo fit flight "spin" system . I found sometimes a dart would hit the flight of a dart in the board and spring off at an angle . I've been looking at the very rough points that some players are using ,at the start of your video P W has them in his darts have you ever found them , I can't find them anywhere . Great vid as always , cheers G W
Curious, why spinners? I ask because you mentioned pro players using the points but spinners have been almost non existent in the pro ranks
@@WorldwideDarts Hi , thanks for the reply , I just like the idea of the flight moving as the next dart arrives , but yes your right none of them use spinner flights and the groove in the stem of the Axe neons is a good idea for grouping . Cheers G W
@@weavostigercat2000 Are you American by chance? Spinners are a HUGE part of the American darting culture for some reason
@@WorldwideDarts Hi , no I,m english england through and through 😀😀 I tried them a long time ago when they made plastic stems with a metal top that held a normal flight the tops would come out and you could do robin hoods and mess up the tips . I like that the flight clicks onto the cosmo stem and its held in place . G W
I have the regular condor axe, not the flex ones, but they for some reason drag my darts down, they land with the flights lower than the point, very frustrating, gone back to regular flights and shafts now.
same for mr. also with target kflex. only ones that work are Condor zero stress.
I think I would prefer the Axe neon. I don't like the rubbery feel of the other ones.
Do these condor stems fit a regular Unicorn barrel? Tempted to try them out instead of my Winmau Prism Force...
Yes. But make sure you've eliminated the lip on the front of your barrels before investing in these.
Have you tried the cuesol jazz?
I personally use the lip on the nose of the barrel as a reference point for one of my fingers and I don't throw as well when it's not there. Even still, my axes are going strong after about two months throwing one to two hours a day 5+ days a week.
Wow, that's surprising. That lip demolishes flights so to have them hold up after a couple months is saying something 👍
@@WorldwideDarts or I guess someone could say my grouping to too poor to cause damage lol. They are more damaged than yours (not implying my grouping is better lol) but they're still perfectly good.
Surprised that you are making these your match flights. I thought you used kites because you like to see the bed. What changed that? The grouping is SO much better that you're willing to sacrifice sight of the treble bed? Or does the clear neon not block sight of the bed that much?
My darts enter the board at a slightly different angle now and I'm getting much tighter groups than I ever have. The bed might looked blocked but I throw the darts and somehow they end up with the points touching. It's bizarre but it works
I have used Condor Zero Stress but found them to be a little too bendy. I now use Harrows Clic system which are a lot more rigid and less expensive.
My Zero Stress mediums are holding up well but I installed Trident 180 cones, otherwise they would probably be beat up.
If you don't have a trident point or something similar moulded flights will get expensive as you will damage them.
100%! I wouldn't recommend ANY molded flight to anyone with a lip on the front of their barrels. No sense bashing through expensive flights
WOW Part 1....Ordered 2 sets Sunday evening 10/23 from Dartshopper. Delivered in Hyannis MA (Cape Cod) USA at 10 Am on Wed 10/26...WTF
Yeah, sometimes it's almost too good to be true. I think Dartshopper has a discount code that will last for another week or so... yt103979
So I've just moved to these and I like them alot. The zero stress ones that is. I've yet to try the neons and I've read a few of the comments. Is there any bad reviews/comments on these, I'm interested let's hear them. (Other than price because I think I burned through so many traditional flights cost would be there or there abouts in time)
Ya know, now that I think about it I haven't seen any bad reviews of the Axe. Not even in general discussion. The only thing that comes up is the price. But if your darts are set up to be flight friendly then these should last 6-12 months.
@@WorldwideDarts mine certainly are I use the trident point protectors and price wise I was using fit flights before so no difference in price really.
If you prove to be correct and you get 6 months out of a set then in my opinion they don't owe you anything. The amount of Robin Hoods I'm getting if I got six months out of a set I think I'd be infront. 😁
Because I eliminated the lip on the front of my darts all my flights last a really long time.
I started using neons in may and they are still going strong so yeah they can easily go 6 months
@@WorldwideDarts It's not a criticism either I'm throwing you a bone. I think there's another video or two down the line to see if what you think holds true. For me Robin Hooding I'm battering shafts more than flights because of what we've both said above. This could be the way forward for me because the flight part I've sorted. I like when you come back and relook at things further down the line like your board reviews. 😉
Hey worldwide, WHAT GOING ON WITH Darts corner pricing? Looks like prices skyrocket when you change to USD. For example, designa flight protectors are .44 gbP which should be .50 cents US.
They change to $1 a pop when u change to USD.
Are you seeing the same thing?
I have never used them before but they do look like something I would use ...do they come with slim flights ? I think standard and small standard are to big for me I throw straight in no lob so I'm curious to say the least
I have a set of the slims with Zero Stress that I tried with my Frankenstein darts but didn't like them at all. I wish the Axe came in slims but as of now I don't think they do. Just the two standard shapes for now
@@WorldwideDarts thanks for reply your the best 👌 I bought harrows clic but they only come in standard size and just way to big for me I feel more of a str8 shooter lol
I wish someone would post some details on comparison of sizes to standard shaft & flight systems regarding overall length. I throw Winmau Vecta short which are 34mm without my standard flight. The Condor length chart does not give an overall length and its frustrating as I have no idea how to compare because my flight goes into my shaft (lol). Im not going to order multiple sizes at these prices
The 27.5mm shown in this video are equal to an intermediate. The shorts would be equivalent to your short Vecta's.
I've used my orange neon zero stress for almost 2 months now and they look the same as your orange neon axe, and i throw a dart with a lip.
Im gonna give the axe a try. But not the loud neons lol maybe white or black i prefer.
I wanted a Condor AXE in Blue and purchased the Gradation. Bummer they only come in what is called the small Standard or on A-Z the "Shape" (weird description). I wish Condor would come out with some colors in the AXE besides the NEON. HOWEVER under testing over the last week I am shooting better with the AXE NEON Yellow than my Winmau Vecta stems & Red Dragon 100 micron flights. Dear Condor....PLEASE make a Blue Condor AXE.
I saw the blue ones posted in the community tab here and went looking for them in standard size. No luck! I'd buy the blue ones in a heartbeat
I think it is easy to decide. If you play soft darts use zero stress. If you play steel darts use axe.
Are the condor axe better than duralumin cosmo with cosmo flights ?
I think so but as with ANY darts equipment it all depends on what you like. However if you do go for the duralumin get them at Darts Corner. Cheapest place I know of
@Worldwide Darts I'm using duralumin and flights now, just wondered if its worth going for the condor axe...
Radargun isn't necessary. I think a simple archery shooting chrony would work just fine with your throwing accuracy. Give it a try please! Unfortunately I'm from Germany, otherwise i would borrow you mine.
The zero stress wings tend to warp it's pretty much like the cosmo air...
They are expensive so another down side is when you have to replace them, you have to replace them with another expensive condor, or another stem AND flight combo. At least flights like L-Style, when you tear one you don't have to replace the stems. And you can change stems whenever, if you want to mess with stem length or color combos. So the only real upside for me is the condor cuts. But for a player with my skill , that's not such a big deal.
They are expensive but look at how many people use Cosmo gear. The carbon stems cost as much as two sets of the Condor's. As long as a player has flight friendly darts these should last months and months
I have been using Cosmo titanium stems and air flights. Tear the airs ever time I use them so always buying more, talk about expensive. These cost less than a bucket of beer on league night so to me not that bad.
For me the Zero Stress fly much better than the sturdy Axe.
Which one is from Chizzy?
Hey worldwide, WHAT GOING ON WITH Darts corner pricing? Looks like prices skyrocket when you change to USD. For example, designa flight protectors are .44 gbP which should be .50 cents US.
They change to $1 a pop when u change to USD.
Are you seeing the same thing?
Yes! I freaked out a bit too but then someone told me I need to manually turn off VAT on the top of the page. The redesigned website automatically keeps it on. But yeah, turn off the VAT and the prices drop dramatically
That's what I'm saying it's even with the vat off of those prices that I quoted are with it turned off
I have quit throwing with the condor flights. I got back to L-Style flights a lot cheaper and more stabil.
I tried kami and they ripped with minimal use, mind you i used 17g smooth darts. Condor last 4 plus months with no issues
@@viktorkorovljev1545 I have been using the same set of kami for 5 months
Spot on Viktor! I think that's one of the biggest positives with the Axe flights. They most likely will NOT split on the underneath side.
I tried all them out and my flight would tail down really bad all the time. I been using the cuesoul rost t19 as of yesterday before that the cuesoul rost they fly real fast and and very durable. So if anyone has flight tailing down give cuesoul rost or the new rost t19’s a try I really like them
Surprised they go tail down considering how light they are. But they are a little bit heavier than your normal nylon stem and folding flight
I bought mine from DartsShopper
You have a strange throwing techneque. You bring the dart to your right eye, then release on your left jaw.
Dartitis ruined my throw. There's a video about it somewhere on here
The soft flights worp.
DC have zero stock😢
I’m quite new to darts and the stems are my darts are just standard size Winmau Prism
Stems. I’m guessing I would need to go for the long size is that correct?
You can use whatever length stems that work best for you. There is no rule that you have to use a certain size.
Good review. Like you, I have tried a million types of flight systems and my current choice is the Cuesol Rost flights with these Condors as backup. The reason, the Condors are a tad too flexible and so when a dart hits the flight and catches a good chunk of it, they tend to bend like a young tree under snow and then catapult that dart across the room almost. The Rosts however, they are bit tougher. They bend enough to let your dart in but not so much that it will catch a dart like an outfielder and throw it away but rather just deflect it into the board if it hooks too much of the previous darts flight. Have you done a Rost review? Update... I see that you have. czcams.com/video/JSvH4eYwcHw/video.html
Still too expensive but iff one can afford them why not
you complain about the cost but say you are going to use them as your match darts
in fairness though, he always stresses in his videos when talking about recommendations & opinions, he is giving them as intended for "average player" so they may seem pricey for someone who is going to hack up their darts or have tons of bounce outs, but for someone to be competitive they price will pay for itself with performance.
As Bert said down below in their comment, I also recommend that someone uses specialty points that eliminates the lip on the front of the barrels. I mention it in this video a 11:02 as well. My match darts do NOT have that lip so my flights last months and months. I also mentioned that I wouldn't even recommend these if your darts have that lip.
Zero stress can bend axe don’t
I don’t like the zero stress… they lose grip on the thread and the bottom of the flight tends to split. So annoying I have to keep screwing them on and they only lasted about 2 weeks. Bought two sets and won’t go back to them. The other ones on the other hand, I’ve had for 3 months already (the demon one with 2 clear and one red) and just got the bullfighter clear a week ago and no problem whatsoever, they work so well. One of my buddies has used the same ones for 6 months before breaking the stem. The flex does lose its shape, they get crooked after a while. I highly don’t recommend those lol
When it comes to price I see it like this, the better quality you pay the longer it will last making you save money on the long run. When I did basic stems and flights, I’d go through them quick spending like $10 a week or every other week. They definitely are worth the investment. The only down side is the scratch marks 😂… best stem flight system I’ve thrown, L style are great too, and offers more flexibility in style.
As long as you don’t have a lip on your darts, they will last you a long time.
Thanks for the comment. I'm having great results so far with them. 10/10 recommend everyone give them a try but like you said, the lip on the front of the barrels has got to go
@@WorldwideDarts yup can’t beat the price at $10, luckily I bought them just before dartscorner raised the price to $14. I have another friend with a stubborn personality who uses very cheap stems and flights and went to the condors and already bought a second set. So he’s sold on condors.
My room mate buys a bunch of dart products to sell at the bar, he’s the one that got me into the condors, and the 180 reflex conversion points. He’s Always looking for good products cheap to sell so I may have him take a look at the Amazons cheaper alternative from the last video you did.
