If the daughter in law is creating disturbance, you can invoke the senior citizen law apart from remedies under DV law

Friends, I am feeling so disappointed while writing this to all of you, that this Country System is horrific in regards to deciding the dispute cases, people are dying, ending their lives by doing suicides.
Judiciary system is pathetic, no one gives speedy trial. Lawyers are looting, police is lotting, Marriages in this country are becoming horrible day by day.
In our case my parents are senior citizens and they are being badly harassed by their dauter in law, Old person dont have any source of income and just have one house and its value is 35 Lakhs, they are giving fourth share to daughter in law when daughter refused they are now giving 15 Lakhs to end the dispute but she is demanding 30 Lakhs and there is no one to solve the matter.
Such a fucked up system of this country

What if daughter in law is working? Still she has right to residence and can ask for compensation if in law's kick her out from their home?
Daughter in law have a right to residence and she can claim this under Domestic Violence Act unless she commits cruelty on her in laws then parents if they have their own property can file suit of eviction under the domain of right of enjoying property.

My in laws and husband not allowing me to stay in their home as they have done illegal second marriage and keeping girl inside home,they are saying will provide another rent home within city is this acceptable by law. Sir if a mother in law does harassment of her daughter in law and after she makes an objection and mother in law makes a false complaint against his son and daughter in law that they are beating and throw her daughter in law and granddaughter for the house which is of father in law's name and without making will he died in accident then what should daughter in law and son can do because she wants to give whole property to her daughter as both son and daughter in law looks after her.
Since the property is in the name of your deceased father in law, your husband also has a share in it along with your mother in law and sister in law. So your mother in law cannot throw you and your family out of it, give it away wholly to anyone she wishes.

Sir I want to know our daughter in law uses filthy and very abusive language against myself and my wife and with the whole family.we r senior citizens and hv filed a suit for eviction against both son and daughter in law.The son is vacating the property and taking the premises on Rent but the daughter in law is adamant and not willing to leave our property.we hv filed two suits under senior citizen Act and civil suit against both and the husband is willing to give her rented accomodation to his wife.

Need some legal advice of yours.
I am staying in a dda flat from last 34 years.
My neighbour flat is lying vacant from last 27 years, No one had even came once to visit this flat in last 27 years electricity meter, water meter both got disconnected in the year 1998 due to non payment of dues.
I had tried my best, went to the dda office, sdmc office, sub registrar office, but all efforts gone into vain.
Actual owner is not traceable.
who will be the new legal owner of the flats whose actual owner are not traceable?
Is there any process to know the actual owner of this flat?

Our law is very confusing.As per my understanding if daughter in law have right to residence then she ll claim property in future. It is 100℅ correct.why she should not claim if she is living her matrimonial house from last 22 years. She ll definitely claim her husband share. Law can be if daughter in law already spend 15 years in matrimonial house, have a kids should legally rights on father in law property. Where she ll go?
