Up to now, Healong has 300 workers and 10000 square meters working area. Let me show you. we have 70 stable and experienced staffs,5 international sales teams and one VIP customer service center . In the show room, You can see our main products Including baseball, soccer , rugby,ice hockey jerseys, basketball,polo,tee shirts, hoodies,jackets etc. ;For each project, we have more then 60 choices collar:Here is V collar, zipper collar and buttons collar. And many choices for your project.We have 53 fabric options , available for cotton-touch, waterproof, dry fit and UV protection . They can all be used for sublimation .So you can see here our fabric book,and inside you can see our fabric information with name, weight, composition and application.

So here in Healong we have our own color chart, that corresponds with our machine to make sure to use our own color chart for the production .We are in the Healong sewing department . Healong has 4 production lines about 100 sewing workers .The production capacity is eighty thousand Monthly . Paper pattern is the first step of production .We have 5 great experienced paper pattern makers and 6 sample workers .The next step will be the design for sublimation .
We have 18 designers . We always send the printing sample to our customers before apprpval of the bulk order .Here is the design that send to our customers.
These are all printing machines . We have 20 MUTOH printers imported from Japan , and 7 high-speed printers which is 2 times faster .And we use KIIAN ink from Italy to match the color of customer’s needs .This room is for heat transfer printing , we have 5 transfer machines .Here and healong has the best transfer machine in the market , the brand is MONTI.it keeps the color stable and fabric soft and eco-envionmental .The nex step after heat transfer is laser cutting . It’s more accurate and faster than hand cutting.We have 9 machines to do that.Healong will check all the pieces after laser cutting. Checking the colors, logos, names, numbers and size before go to sewing.This is cutting production line, usually they put the paper pattern over the fabric,and do the cutting .You can see some stock fabrc here also , all the white fabric is for sublimation , while all the dye color fabric is for cut&sew .This is the embroidery prodction line,there are 2 embroidery machines .One is 12 heads , the other is 24 heads .We can customized upon your requests , even for 1 piece.
