Michael Richards reunited with his longtime friend and co-star Jerry Seinfeld Tuesday night at the “Unfrosted” premiere, which served as the reclusive comedian’s first red carpet in eight years.
The “Seinfeld” alum, who portrayed the eccentric character Cosmo Kramer on the NBC sitcom, hugged Seinfeld, 70, before posing for photos with him and waving to fans.

I always thought he tried to be edgy and overly offensive to somehow make it seem funny, but failed.

I agree. He was the reason I watched Seinfeld. I was a kid, his physical comedy appealed to children and international audiences as well as regular folks. Physical comedy is universal.

Growing up watching the Seinfeld reruns, I have to thank them deeply for all the laughs and memorable humor over the many years the show went on... So happy to see them together once again.

Jerry really appreciates Michael's brilliance, dedication, amazing comedic physical skills -- you can see their love for each other -- the two all time best episodes of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee are one with Michael Richards and the other with Alec Baldwin
Nothing comes close to the Carl Reiner episode where they go watch TV with Mel Brooks.
@@napoearth I forgot that one - thanks for reminding me - I love when Carl and Jerry go out to eat and Carl instructs the waitress that he wants his bacon cooked so crispy that when he bites into it he will say "it's too crispy" -- also -- when the check comes Carl looks over the bill and says "they charged for the butter?" - i have been using those two lines ever since!

I love the way the Seinfeld gang stand by each other. When nobody else gave Michael Richards work, Larry had him in Curb. Julia and Jason stood up for him in interviews and Jerry and he have always been close friends. Harry Potter gang should watch this and have a think about the way they've treated JK Rowling, because one day that will come back to haunt them.
