Changes with 5 months of MSE followed with Invisalign

For those of you who wants to see face changes with MSE in patients with rethrognathic mandible (backward positioned mandible). We did 2 months of MSE expansion and started Invisalign bite correction. Expansion allowed for unlocking posterior molar relationship and a physiologic forward mandible shift.
