Something I found interesting was that Kim Kardashian kept the money she got from her sex tape settlement and Paris donated her settlement money to charity. Imagine being taken advantage of in such a way, and turning around and using that to do good vs lining your own pockets. I'd be very surprised if she is completely open and honest in it. I, however, feel like it's going to talk about struggles that wouldn't ruin her perfecto image but instead make her appear as a strong and confident woman who is just like any other person; that she could be an icon, an influence, to others. I assume it's going to be heavily focused on the good aspects of her, how she is a real good human being, that the media's and the public's perception of her is wrong because of how they perceived her was when she was playing a character, acting, that that wasn't the real her.
I would be shocked if she talked in depth about very personal struggles and issues such as drugs, partying, sex, drinking, mental/physical illness, scandals/rumors that actually had some truth to them, etc etc.
