Hi! I'm a new seller and I'm curious if I am supposed to update tracking information myself for the buyer after dropping off my item at ups? It doesn't say that I've shipped the item to yet but I assume because I'm going through Depop they will take care of getting the customer the tracking number and everything themselves.?

Check who it’s from first and if it’s not Depop or your shipping company don’t open it
