Iâm thinking about moving there. My friend just moved to McKinney last year and she loves it. Iâm Nigerian and I canât wait to visit. I went on Zillow and saw the housing there is way more expensive than Pittsburgh.
McKinney is a nice place. That is true but we do have homes here in all different price ranges. You could reach out me if you want to discuss some options Iâll be glad to help!

When you say âDallasâ has the best schools do you mean Dallas itself? Or Dallas with the combination of all of the suburbs?
I meant the DFW metro!
Awesome. From Florida Iâm about 1 hour from Dallas.
Own a web design firm
Looking to open a shop for vehicle wraps
What is the Work Culture, I am in Colorado and its the small businesses are a bit toxic the two jobs before this one.
Work culture is better than most metros we have various jobs opportunities you can check online
@@lifeindallastexass Would you it is more relaxed
If you had to choose between Central Dallas & Old East Dallas which would you choose? Need some local insight
I would probably choose Central Dallas !
@@lifeindallastexass Preciate you. I'm going to reach out once I touch down in the city.
@@newmanwiser5869 no prob ! Sounds great
Texas as a whole is a melting pot of cultures. But especially in the cities, the diversity is extremely high. Being from New York City, I'll feel right at home in Texas.
Thatâs absolutely true ! Glad you feel right at home
Youâre such a beautiful young lady! I just wanted to mention thatđ. Anyway, I totally agree with you that most people that are here are from somewhere else! That is so true! Iâm not from here either!
Thanks for watching !

Arenât there a lot of tornadoes in Dallas ?
Yea we do but majorly of them arenât damaging, I lived in Texas majority of my life I never been effected by one nor have my friends/family.
I was thinking about moving to the Dallas area. I'm from Chicago. Been there a couple times. It's nice and everything. But it's gotten so expensive. Now I'm considering San Antonio. What's your opinion Dallas or San Antonio?
Yea Dallas is slightly more expensive than San Antonio, it really just depends on what you prefer I like Dallas better because itâs newer, larger, has some great suburbs & more opportunities. But Iâm bias lol
@@lifeindallastexass slightly? The houses are noticeably cheaper in San Antonio. Dallas area is very nice I do like it!
San Antonio isnât as developed as Dallas in terms of economy hence the cheaper cost of living vs Dallas where we have a lot of major corps, young professionals, more jobs here so itâs more expensive. So it depends on what you desire from a city.
@TR1LL OG you could look at certain areas of FT. Worth or any parts of the southern metro area to find slightly cheaper housing. Now if your looking to try and get a 4k+ square foot mini mansion for 250k, you missed that boat by about 10-15 years lol!
Houston
Is uptown or the medical district a good area to live in?
Yea I like both areas!
You look like a Princess.

In 1991 I moved to Dallas (Irving), after living there for 6 months I moved back to North East, I didn't like hot sunny days and too many racist Texans. Perhaps it has changed now.
Itâs still hot in the summer but not racist imo but I can only speak for myself. Irving is actually one of the most diverse areas especially in Texas now !
hail? all hell nahh!
Sometimes itâs damaging sometimes itâs not
