The Capitol Symphonic Youth Orchestras added another young orchestra - and their first concert was June 4, 2016 at Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall. Mrs. Bomin Collins is the conductor for this orchestra and as you can see her attention to detail and music education is the best!
