You’re turning me into a proper lady over here! Done taught me how to wash my pits, walk in heels, sit, and bend over properly! Whew! 😂 My CZcams auntie! 💛
Yes!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💯
We love you too!
Mama, I’m 29 years old and have NEVER been taught how to be lady - like. Unfortunately, my mother rested in masculinity, as she was a single hardworking Mother and while I will always honor her, I extremely appreciate these lessons from you. Thanks immensely & I love you Mama Fumi!❤️💕💐
That's sweet
She may not have taught you some lady like things, but she taught you how to be a strong independent lady 😉 cheers 🥂 to your momma.
@@reirei7851 Yes ma’am❤️
being an hardworking single mother doesnt limit u of being a lady my mum was one for 25yrs but u need to see her? shes such a lady
I feel you on this. I am 29 years old. Growing up my mom taught me how to sit straight no slumped shoulders. Other than that I learned by watching princess diaries when they were teaching Mia how to sit correctly.
I am 41 now and I am learning to be a lady. Thank you Fumi, you are amazing.
I have never laughed so hard at the “what-not-to-do examples.” 😂😂 This was really a gem Fumi, I absolutely loved it. Single ladies out there, a quality man will recognize your manners, and other people as well. Always stay and be ready.
i thought ts me🤣🤣🤣
She’s effortlessly gorgeous and funny 😂
I laughed so hard it's not funny, tears came to my eyes. Aunt Fumi gives it to them good and proper as Caribbean would say. I've seen some bad manners by people who claimed to be of a certain class.
You so great ful
Thanks
If we look around us, we see a lot of masculinity in the world. Which can then become our only perspective of how to behave and what to do, how and when. That's why these channels teaching us how to be feminine women are so important. We are taught to get it like a man everywhere we look. We need these videos. Thanks Fumi. ❤️
Have you noticed that the vloggers say "hi GUYS"...we are ladies gentlemen sons and daughters!
I am a lady
@@mzlo2057 You are so right. I correct people that say that to me or the women I am with. We are not guys and do Not care to be addressed as such. It is more than a figure of speech now and is misused too often.
As a girl child who grew up amongst six brothers, I completely agree with you...
@@mzlo2057 So true.
@@mzlo2057was q😊
Fumi, I am an older woman in my fifties and I find it so refreshing that there are ladies out there who treasure being ladylike. I remember my mother telling me you are not dressed without your hand bag or a little lipstick. Keep educating us on the proper etiquette in this society.
May I comment that - you are not old.
Not forgetting to have enough taxi fare on you to get home, just incase.
Thank you for the addition
Had no idea I had to put on atleast a little lipstick
You not old someone in thers 50s are not considered old
I am 60 but I don't believe I am old I still believe I am young. No wonder why I still looks 30ty at my age. Age it's just a number.
This woman is the epitome of style and class!
I love how this Woman laughs 😂😂😂😂it's infectious 😂😂😂God bless her am really learning at lot😌
This is EXTREMELY important, because I observe so many young women, who look like they’ve never been taught how to be ladylike. You teach great common sense classes. The dress is flawless! I can’t stress enough how needed this class is. Thank you, FUMI!😀
You have a few extra sons around here, too :-) I just appreciate your energy. Your videos keep me company as I work. I also live alone and my mom is very sick. So I like having your energy radiate through my phone. So thank you, Mrs. Fumi.
Awwwwwwwwww, I’m so sorry your mother is sick my darling son. 💔 Please send her my love and I’m so Proud of you taking care of her. 💛 And you’re absolutely right, I’m going to do a fabulous episode for all of my cyber sons. And or let let me know what you would like me to do. Sending you a BIG sunshine ⛅️ Love u. 💙💙💙👋🏽🥹☺️
@MrSincerity88: praying for you and your mother...

Oh good idea
Like I grew up with money and a classy mom but still don’t know everything I should. Either way, these videos ARE SO GOOD AND FUNNY I love this women😭 she makes my day with her energy!!!!
This was hilariously explained 😊😂🤣🤣
😂😂😂 Excuse me! Am here am here!
Oh my goodness it's chaos!
Fumi you are a great actress!
Fumi, you have arrived right on time to show this new generation how to behave like a lady. I absolutely live and love for you. Thank you 🙏
Love you for teaching these lessons. As a young woman (I'm now 61) I was taught all of this in school! Yes, school. As the years have rolled on, comportment/etiquette lessons were taken out of the classroom. I see the lack of social training all around me and I find it irritating. Especially with my young African American women. One of my pet peeves, is seeing a woman (young or old) entering a room LOUDLY, drawing attention to herself. Thank you Fumi for todays lesson. Keep it up!!! You are loved here in Indiana.
Young woman
YEEEEEES SIS! As a graduate of Ophelia Devore, I commend you, you did everything I was taught. One thing I wanted to add, I am banquet server, and one thing that drives me crazy is open seating dinner parties. Ladies, I understand that people want to pick and reserve their seat. Please don't tip the chair forward over the table. 1 that is so dangerous for servers, we look up the majority of the time, and we can miss those chair legs sticking out, and we can be badly injured. 2 it makes the room look horrible. If you and your party want to claim a seat, just take the napkin from the table, and drape the napkin on the back of the chair. Thank you sister for teaching this. Oh I wanted to add about the sucked in tummy. IT TAKES PRACTICE! But once mastered it helps so much with posture. Ladies all those poses she taught you, and a sucked in stomach you'll always look elegant, and you will never take a bad unexpected picture again. ❤️😘❤️😘❤️
Wow I remember has a teenager I attended one of the fashion event that the school gave. It was amazing.

It's your laughter for me it's contagious...♥️♥️♥️ from Kenya
You fun and informative at the same time
Guys who thinks this lady's tone of laughter is funny, it makes mi laugh too 😆 😄 😂 🤣
Oh this is so needed. Women young and old in so cases do not know a lot of these things. It is beautiful when women carry themselves with self respect and class.
Love that orange dress
Funds are really tight I’m sorry I can’t give more at the moment. Thank you Fumi for being such a wonderful person. The world is a better place because of you. God bless you and your loved ones.
Absolutely LOVE that dress and the color. It also looks “ fuller figure “ flattering. Thank you.
You are a definition of a sophisticated classy woman.Thank you.
I have to say I was very fortunate I was taught to be a feminine and classy lady from a very young age. I love feeling feminine and being a lady. I’ve taught some friends and some of my kids’ friends. And Fumi, you’re right and hilarious! I’ve seen all the “what not to do’s. You’re making laugh so hard!!
This is valuable information! My mom taught me the importance of etiquette when I was a little girl and when I went to University my peers thought I was from a wealthy family because of the way I carried myself. I grew up in one of the poorest city within one of the poorest states in the U.S. Having good etiquette has not only gotten me noticed but also gotten me great business opportunities. Looking forward to your next video. ❤
My Africa ladys all you all should come over here and listen
EEK‼ You are giving me memories of "Etiquette class" my mom made me go every other Saturday for a year. The class and her made me memorize the list of basic but now I just do it like muscle memory. This is my list :
Act and Look Your Best
Do Not Embarrass Others
Be Punctual
Do Not Criticize or Complain
Speak with Kindness and Caution
Listen Before Speaking
Don’t be Boastful, Arrogant or Loud
Give Genuine Compliments
Say “Thank You”
Be yourself - and allow others to treat you with respect 😁
I'm currently living in a country where women are very masculine. It's refreshing to see content like this on CZcams. I always try to be as ladylike as possible ♡ I love being feminine and will not let anyone shame me for being that.
Thank you for addressing the needs of Fumi-nation. You are indeed the embodiment of style and character.
At 53 - soon to be 54 - I enjoyed the lesson, even though you were addressing your daughters.
Thanks Fumi..i have liked and enjoyed your demonstration so true and very hilarious.
Madame Fumi, I am going to step out and say this. We (men) watch you also, so we know what to look for when we out and about.
Can I just say that I am loving Auntie Fumi’s Charm school?!?!🌹
Christina was just chilling 😂😂😂
Anyways love you mommy ❤❤❤
Aunt Fumi you're a whole mood! And a good actress. I laughed throughout the whole video.
I haven't laughed this hard in a while! The "what not to do" had me rolling! Thank you so much, Fumi!
🤣🤣 Me too, I'm goofy so it was easy for me to laugh.
Make my day
Same here, couldn't cease laughter.😂
I see you doing this and am reminded of my home economics teacher, who taught me to be a lady. I never forgot any of it. The left hand over is new to me though. I learnt something new today and can't wait to see the dinner table etiquette. Thank you.
Thank you Big Sis Fumi for adressing "THE KNEES". I was getting a little worried prior to the demonstration. 😜
you just got me laughing over here when you were greeting Mama Ikebe! 🤣
Greetings from Philadelphia PA, USA. Wow, Fumi! You left no stone unturned! These etiquette lessons are so needed nowadays. Thank you for sharing your well rounded knowledge. It was a great refresher course for me too from the lessons my mother taught me and my sister. Job well done, Sis!
Fellow Philadelphian, hey @Wendy Quick, hey Fumi
Hey my fellow Philly sisters 👋🏾 glad to find you here. 💗☺️
Yes Sis! I'm in Jersey and was in the Debutante Cotilion, all the etiquette classes are on point! I'm in my 50's and this generation doesn't know a thing about being a lady, or even simple etiquette. Thank you! 🌺❤️🙏🏾💯
#PHILLY
Maybe the ladies of Philly can get together and put our lessons to good use?
My Dear Mom of blessed memory sent me to charm school when I was 15. Sister, you are reminding me of her thoughtfulness. Bless you. Your humor is priceless ❤Thank you.
I'm new here but I can say that I love this woman 🥰. Her demonstrations and laughter are everything that has made me join the train 😂🥰. And now I’m saying, yes, it's time to pick up being a fabulous queen again. Thank you, mama Funmi❤. Love from Nigeria.
Love it. I learned a lot from you ❤. I bet your husband laughed a lot while holding ur camera 😂😂😂
I thought the same😅😅
Fumi you have found success because your videos are not packed with nonsense and content which is not in sync with practical living. You speak to women’s issues, concerns and insecurities… You are a Sister…
Dearest Fumi, I'm a little old to be your daughter, but sister or auntie to you maybe? Even though I am older, you teach me a lot. A man came up to me today and said "You are magnificent!", I am sure it is because I have gained confidence (and style) listening to my Fumi! *Thank you Fumi, Love and Light to you! Blessed Be all the Fumi Nation!*
Awwwwww we love having such a wise, beautiful, strong, intelligent, inspirational and virtuous woman as our mother... I
love you Mrs Fumi all the way from South Africa...
you went all out to show us not only how to appear correctly but to show us what we look like when we are not correct. Eye opening for some I am sure.
You are telling the truth. However you have given me such a laugh and a joy oh my goodness! FUMI 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I simply love you, you give nothing but love and show us sisters how to do the do. I love you never have I watched someone one on CZcams with such elegance and realness with yourself. Thank you for helping me at 55 years old. I will continue to follow you, my God continues to bless you, my Sister.
Thank you so much for caring and sharing. When you said that we are your daughters I felt so much loved. Thank you! ❤❤❤
I have no family and I’m a girl but in my masc side never taught feminine grace will u teach love u Fumi
Oh my goodness Aunty Fumi, I love love love this video, I learned, I laughed , I live and I love you ❤
My goodness Fumi Thank you for bringing half slips back as a senior I like a slip on with my dresses.❤️
My dear Fumi,
I did not expect your channel to be this much fun. You address limitations of some of our people with humour and kindness. Please do me a favour and address the elbows on the table thing. My sister and cousins do this and it drives me absolutely insane. They also complain that I get picked up more etc. We are all attractive, our parents did a great job selecting each other but physical beauty can only go so far. Class is everything. Fumi, give my sister and cousins a word of wisdom.
Just came here to make sure I was already doing it right lol. Especially because I stay dropping my phone in the office. Phew!
Can I just tell you as someone who has two dead beat parents you teaching the basics is the most generous gift I’ve ever received. The kindness grace positivity and love that you put into these videos is truly a gift. I always leave your videos feeling healed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
So sorry for your past. Blessings to you for finding a behavior mentor
She'll really appreciate your comment 😊 So sweet!
I love étiquette lessons. My grandmother taught it on Saturdays. I wasn’t too fond of it then.. but I appreciate it Now.. It’s important that I’m a lady at all times.. it really makes a difference how people interact with you.✨
Ohhhh my goodness ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I needed this Mum Fumi. You're a humorous teacher,I must say. Fabulous 💥. Here to stay. Thank you so much❤️❤️❤️. I would like to see an episode on how to manage and rock in 4 C ( African natural)hair in a Black minority country. I don't like wigs . Thank you 🙏🏾
Hello beautiful sister fumi I just came to show you love and appreciation. Thank you for sharing and educating us on how to be our best self. 💛💋
I was waiting for this long time finally is here ,I love I live it 🤩❣️💖❤️from South Africa 🇿🇦🇿🇦
I'm here too sis.🇿🇦🇿🇦
love the dress
Love this so much. I'm home alone sick with COVID was kind of down because of it and then Fumi twerks😂😂😂😂😂 exactly what my aunties would have done if they were still with us! Thank you Fumi for being the family we miss and need❣️
The MOST REAL RICH AUNTY out here 😂😂😂 Mama Fumi we will make you proud out here we are learning a lot…❤Thank you
You went all out.... almost lost your phone over the edge too. Thank you for the full display. Love this color on you as well!
I love you , and I’m so glad you are here to educate these young ladies on proper etiquette and manners , I’m a 69 year out that was taught these things as a young girl, but when I tell the young ladies these things they think I’m being old fashion.! Now can you teach them how to address each other properly and not as bit****chs and Who***ars, thank you in advance
I agree also! Women use to rebel against those names, especially when the rappers first started calling women those names. However, women adopted the attitude, that if you can’t beat them, join them. Now BW started accepting all those terrible names for themselves. But I’m a firm believer that you become who you keep saying you are. I believe if you repeat that you’re a Ho and a Bitch enough, you will began to demonstrate some of those traits! Because we become who we say, we are! Words carry the power to create and manifest things. Anyway, Fumi’s teachings are so needed nowadays!!☺️👍🏽
That happens to me too- some young girls think I’m too old fashioned and some older ones I think I’m all too “delicate” and need to relax and “live.”
This is such a wonderful video. And so needed right now. Good manners and etiquette are soft skills we seem to be losing...
You just reminded me so much of my first Form Teacher. I am lucky in that my high school teachers were very much old-school ladies, several of whom were graduates from British Universities. From the first day we were taught how to sit, stand, etc. There were over six hundred young ladies at that school and we stood for the entrance and exit of teachers for every class/period. Six hundred plus standing and sitting at approximately the same time and you'd never hear a chair drag.
Just beautifully demonstrated, Fumi, as only you can!❤
😀 I love this, it was done with so much +ve vibes. Bending down the right way doesn't only help you look chic, it prevent unnecessary spillage 😀 at the front.
I'm guilty on all counts as charged . Thanks, aunty Fumi
I love it how Fumi explains things
I just love her. Very motherly, welcoming and warm
Hahaha... Auntie Funmi this is one of the most fantastic episodes ever! You got me laughing hard! Thank you for teaching us 🙂🤣
As a child growing up in the Caribbean my mother would teach me these rules and she would say " You have to have some brought-up-sy or people would think you fell from a breadfruit tree." It was silly but it worked. Now I teach my son good manners so he will recognise a real lady and know how to treat her.
It hits really hard when you said some of your do not have mum, I LOVE YOU AUNT Fums.
Your words about mum got me tearing, wish u could tell it to my face with a big hug....I love you
Love you Auntie Fumi! This is a beautiful service to offer the world with these kind of videos dropping much needed knowledge to so many girls and women. I have a wonderful mom and I already knew this but I know so many do not have the opportunity to learn from a mom or mother figure. I support you 1 MILLION PERCENT! Stay Blessed :)
Thanks for these reminders aunty Fumi.
Totally agree!☺️
Luv you fumi ....thanks for you educating us jamaica 🇯🇲 😘
While I was watching this my 16 year old son said wow Mom it's really something that a video needs to be made to show these skills. I told him that a lot of women were never taught correctly. I told him that you have a video on how to properly walk in heels. I told him there is an art to it, a lot of teenage girls first time in heels is at the prom. More often than not they buy some shoes to match their dress and don't consider the height and how long they will be wearing them. Thank you for being our fabulous Auntie and sharing so much with us. We live, we love and await the next episode ❤️
It's your laughter for me. Thank you Mrs Fumi and the person holding the camera. I could see the shadows
You better teach! Mama Fumi❤️
There was a show on the BBC a good few years ago, titled "Ladette to Lady".Etiquette class is in session! Thank you Fumi, we need more of these videos. Good table manners, would be a good one.
Thanks for the ❤️ @Fumi,do you know the show I'm talking about? Rosemary Shrager the chef, was one of the host. Completely transformed those girls.
That's show was entertaining! Seeing the "ladette" behaviour was eye opening😭
Fuming:. You may not realize it, but you are showing some young women how to be ladies. When I saw the horrible video about the attack to poor Shanquella Robinson, I said to myself: "who is this beast!?". The girl clearly had no home training. What you are doing by teaching the many women who were never tought manners, is invaluable. Thank you so much. 😍
Such a beautiful classy soul. Lets give give her a round of applause.🏆👏👏👏
This was lovely thank you! My mother taught me this at a young age but she passed when I was 23.
Lol so good. The phone drop part is so true
I REALLY LOVE YOU MY BEAUTIFUL AUNTY FUMI.MAY GOD BLESS YOU WITH LONG LIFE❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️FROM KENYA!!!
Charm Class is what you're teaching. Much needed! Your laughter and your hilarious commentary on what NOT to do will help me to remember your lesson. Thanks for sharing! 👍🏽
I’ll be so much more aware of my behavior while at Lunch with my Girlfriends or my Husband after this refresher course on being a “Lady”. Thank You!❤️
Sis Fumi I’m a 63 years young woman who enjoys taking care of myself. Self- care gives me confidence wherever I am, under any situation, and makes me feel good. That said, I’ve noticed that the ladies of younger generations amongst my family and friends are somewhat lackadaisical about their presentation. These same ladies all have Mamas that have never taken the time to teach their daughters how to practice self-care. Could you do an episode about the benefits of self-care, and presenting yourself in the best way. Especially for younger ladies starting out in their chosen careers, and starting to date more established, professional people?
Thank you big sister 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thanks alot Fumi.
You are God sent.
I watch your Videos with my four year old daughter, she is always laughing alongside your laughter.
She says you cute.
I am so glad to see there's someone who is willing to teach good manners and etiquette to these young ladies who are still wanting to learn. None of us came all knowing. We all need to learn. So I thank you.
Am not new but this is my second time leaving a comment. God bless you.
Auntie Fumi looks stunning! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful information.
Thank you so much Fumi for improving us daily
Yes. Etiquette is absolutely important. Thank You for this. The don’ts 😂😂😂😂😂 hilarious.
Thank u Fumi💚
I didn't have anyone to teach me these things when I was younger🤗
Thanks for sharing. You look so beautiful. I had a purple dress structured like yours over 10 years ago. I wore it a lot 😂 until I forced myself to get rid of it after I took pics in it
I love it, teaching with a bit of humor…😂
Thank youuu mama Fumi! This is the etiquette lesson I didn't know I needed! Absolutely love this!x💕
I felt the hug you gave us 🥰
Fumi, you had me cracking up at some of the faux pas at the restaurant! 😂🤣 Thank you so much for this video. I always have always room for growth.
Very common mistakes we make and never notice🤣🤣🤣🤣
It even the safest way to bend down because it prevent back injury. Thank you auntie fumi❤🎉
Absolutely Loved This 👍🏽🤗🤗🤗
