      I am an Indian. I have rarely seen someone seen any guys holding hands(girls do that very often) but it is very normal in friends to put hands(specifically elbow if someone is older than you) but how are supposed to walk that way it is uncomfortable to even balance. It is not that normal that he is portraying.

    Every touch doesn't need to be sexual. Actually in India Namasthe is more formal than shake hand for strangers but for friends putting hand on shoulder or holding hands means a stronger bond.

    In the Philippines, we are very touchy-feely. So, after living in the US for over 3 decades and returning to the Philippines to visit, I always have to remind myself that men putting their arms around me is a sign of friendship. It is nothing sexual at all.
