Hey reaper, have a question in regards to this build, i noticed the crescilia card has a 15 percent cooldown reduction for non ultimate cooldowns on your next basic attack after casting an ability.
Would crescilia be a better fit in place of oath keeper since it does the same thing with the added benefit of cooldown reduction?
