Thank you so much for this great information about how to wash my hair. I grew my hair from shoulder length to hip length just with relaxing every 3 months, rice water, oiling my scalp and stoping to put heat in my hair. Heat causes me so much breakage. After i started going to salons again and heat i am now at brawstrap lenght. I am starting my journey over thank you for so much helpful information! 🩵🩵🩵

I am on a 1 year relaxer stretch and i got my inspiration from you. Please, Do you use leave in when detangling? Before washing is it dry hair + leave in only?

Yes, I use leave-ins before detangling, especially when I'm taking down my protective styles.
It varies on my wash days though. After my wash day routine, if my hair was well moisturized from deep conditioning and already has a lot of slip, I detangle first, after which I apply the leave-in and comb through
