    I remember watching the original 1965 movie Flight of the Phoenix where the Jimmy Stewart is dismayed that the guy he entrusted to rebuild the damaged aircraft is a MODEL AIRCRAFT builder. The builder retorts that in model building the tolerances are so much smaller and, therefore, more critical. I've built an outhouse using a carpenter rule, scribe and hand saw - I wish I had our CZcams host with me at that time it would have worked out so much better.

    Great video. I think your method sticking/spiking your buildings into the ground is superb. I’ll use that method for surface structures from now on. May I suggest that you use an old credit card/electronic hotel key card as a glue spreader? File small notches in one edge.

    I love this kind of excessive attention to detail. You’re like a true master. I think it takes so much talent to make a simple outhouse diorama seem so “immersive” and fascinating.

    I’ve only just found your channel, you’re doing excellent videos and of course your model building is amazing. I’m curious what glue are you using to bond the Balsa?

    • @ExcessivelySentimental
      @ExcessivelySentimental  Před 6 měsíci +1

      It’s just super glue. Super glue works best for me so I can mix my paints with water without it dissolving the glue
