    I have studied Biblical truth since 1979. You are absolutely correct. Yeshua always told his followers to worship GOD the creator not him. I have lost friends for saying Jesus Christ is not GOD. If you try to teach modern Christians the truth about Yeshua you will be shunned harshly and avoided like the plague. I stopped trying many years ago.

    To be fair the deity of Christ appears as "The Angel of the Lord" in the Old Testament. The deliverer of the 10 commandments.
    His incarnation was a veiling for the sake of fulfilling a reconciliation of The Father and his chosen people. So from the biblical perspective Christ met with Moses in his transcendental form as the word of The Father. Then from the New Testament the Holy Spirit indwells his elect people which is essentially divine absolute wisdom.
    The principle of Theosis is quite interesting and in many ways reflects the ideals of Brahman if not mirrors the ideals.
    There is alot of false teaching that stretches back to the earliest days of Christianity. Im very much into the early Church and the Church fathers but at the same time at the end of the day its sola scriptura that leads me to my understanding of Christ.
    Blind faith is a fools errand.
    I think the endeavor of growing in wisdom is in and of itself an excersize in the growing of faith.

    How does God, who is holy and eternal (outside of time) make himself visible to mankind within time? What does the reflection of God who is invisible look like? God's Christ, who is Jesus, is the exact reflection of the eternal creator within time.
    John 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
    To believe means God has given you this ability by His mercy. A natural man cannot conjure up the belief. We are naturally opposed to God and to Christ. We want to rule ourselves. And we will make every excuse we can to avoid the truth about Jesus. Until God grabs our heart - we will continue to deny him.

      As humans we needed a revelation of God. And to show us himself in human form is the ultimate revelation. Unlike other religions our 'deity' Jesus Christ has risen and we have evidence of that through the Holy Spirit. As well as prophecies being fulfilled.
      I think these videos are aimed at religion which Jesus even talked against being saying not to be overly religious and was persecuted by the Pharisees.

Jesus was a practicing Jew, but a reformer who emphases foundational truths and always focused on “the ONE”. By saying this I’m not promoting Judaism, I just want the clarity of truth. I grew up Catholic, like many other postings by others here on your site. What got me thinking (at age 16) was when the priest told me that Mary was the mother of God! I just could not fathom how a woman can be the birth mother of all that is ETERNAL (God). Now I am more mature and understand that Mary is the mother of Jesus' humanity. Jesus also never said in the Gospels to worship Him. However, we Christians believe that Jesus' death atoned for our personal sins and that by his resurrection, God accepted his deathly sacrifice on our behalf. Thanks Ken.

      Also Jesus Christ is not the name of the Hebrew man who lived 2000 years ago but the name The Holy Spirit takes as he comes into a man as opposed to unto man(Christos). It’s what the second coming is. The Holy Spirit coming into man in mass. Not a single individual. The teachings of Jesus were a package of all the lessons in which he gathered from his travels and the faith he was born into in which he said would be added to. He simplified everything just to have it over complicated. We are now repioneering The Way which was the discipline he taught. It’s based on individual values not religious group think. Fast forward 20 years and every church I visited they were teaching Jesus and God as one in the same and I was left confused. It also had a hint of snake oil salesman that I didn't notice in the 80s either since I was a child or they truly believed what they were teaching back then. Once I realized that God or whatever his name is knows my heart and that was the only person I needed to convince I left church or any other religion alone. Inner peace and connection to the big cloud Wi-Fi becomes Church/ corporate religions (even community churches self-corrupt, hamburgers become McDonald’s, righteous self defense becomes MIC. Even the Boy Scouts teach great skills but require oaths and slogans and uniforms.
    And you can go back to the Old Testament and the allegories are the same. How to connect to source. Where’s your antenna? Gen 32:30. How to control your left brain (tithe your 10%)
    It’s all too simple or complicated for some of us. And that’s the point of religions or any industry for that matter. They make their day by coming between truth and each individual. So the people you’re criticizing are mostly victims trying to get by.
    We are all flawed and at times end up aggregators of money or power, whether it be legit or illegitimate business or special knowledge or flat out fraud.
    Thanks for the insights and more new reading for me.

    No offence to my Christian brothers and sisters I have many fiends and family who profess the faith and are good people.
    My issue with Christianity is the character of Jesus. The bible states “worship God and put no idol or other god before them” then they plunk Jesus down and say “no man can get to me except through him” and I find it contradictory. Seems like a great way to divert worship, and the energy from prayer, from the ultimate creator God and give it to a lesser god. We know man has messed with the scriptures and while no one can deny that we have a creator it is somewhat easy to question the existence of Jesus. Because we can never know with 100% certainty I recognize the creator God as the ultimate source. The bible is channeled information and as recently as less than 100 years ago with the discovery of the Nag Hammadi writings we can see that important writings have been left out and the 66 books we are given are heavily edited and no doubt manipulated to serve someone’s agenda. I mean do you trust Royal families? King James put the New Testament together.
    In my mind God is the creator and Satan (one of his creations) is currently running this asylum. So the Royal families are his management team and they give us Jesus instead of the creator God to worship. That makes more sense to me. How could Jesus have died for sins that have not been committed? And if the debt of sin has been paid in advance what motivation is there to be a good person?
    The debt is paid right?
    Just a few thoughts on the topic

    Between our two natures, only one can believe and only one can do. The other is captive to its functions, including the intellectual -- but it can benefit from the wise choices of the other. Love has created the world, and some part of the world will love its creator.

    I read that the word religion means re connecting to the spirit (World). The Latin word lig being used in the word ligament ie connecting fibre. So what is ion in this context? Where is ion? The ionosphere? Spiritualists know (not believe) that inTACT personas can be CONtacted by spirit mediums. The initiation of the contact being motivated by the persona on the 'other side'. I am wondering about the practicalities of Ascention to 'Heaven' or 'Descent' into Hell. Is it a morality question influencing our ions? or can we be Practically Doomed by, say being injected with the heavy metals in a pharmaceutical product? A meat suit having total dominion over life and death is arguably much more than a mere mortal. Without the resurrection, Christianity doesn't exist. One need only produce the dry bones and he wins hands down. Fortunately for Christians however, Jesus doesn't have any last hours... Joh 10:32-33 KJV Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
    At least the Pharisees didn't even pretend to like or respect Jesus. That's a better stance than that of all the cherry pickers who think Jesus is so cool, only until he claims to be the logos.

    18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written:
    “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise,
    And bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”
    20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. 22 For Jews request a sign, and Greeks seek after wisdom; 23 but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness, 24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

      Yes. Syriac Christianity. Manichaeism in particular was a blend of Buddhsim and Zoroastrianism with Christ. These groups were, through conspiracy imo, persecuted and suppressed by the Roman Empire Church and ultimately wound up integrating into the new religion of Islam. Look for Sufi Arabic Neoplatonist philosophers. But further east than that you wouldn't find much as it is already saturated with this philosophy in its own form. Some scholars argue that all platonism comes from the East to begin with.

    The only purpose of religion is to maintain localized social cohesion. The religion can be cultural, historic or ideological.
    The power hierarchies and dynamics are similar to any other system of human control, they play on the same vulnerabilities of human psychology and they present stern resistance against any pushback to the status quo (which is the power hierarchy).
    The majority of humanity (past, present and future) will gravitate towards such control systems because life is hard and the path of least resistance leads readily to the basic human condition, i.e. slavery and suffering.
    And since the majority of people don't want responsibility (freedom) and also have very low pain tolerance, they will readily abdicate any agency they possess for the comfort of belief.
    Also, religions are engineered for the lowest denomination of people (retards), which is also the most common denomination. Hence all religions promise worldly things (money, romantic affection, children etc.) to people who pray using the specific guidelines established by that particular brand of human mental slavery.

    God is everything and therefore chases nothing.
    The Ego is nothing and chases everything.
    Once the ego has found God, it has found 'everything'.
    the only thing to chase after for is God.
    By chasing nothing; One will find God the fastest.
    If the ego is nothing, and God is everything;
    But, God chases 'nothing' because it already has everything;
    Then this means that: God creates the ego.
    Ego is chasing everything; which was God.
    God is so full of love that it decided to chase Himself.
    (All experienced through Ego; is God expressed by, from and on Himself.)
    Without the realization of ''I am''. (Jesus)
    One doesnt come to the realization of the creator: ''THAT''. (the Father)
    ''I am THAT''. -Being & Creator BOTH are 1.
    Jesus never claimed to be God. Jesus spoke according of God.
    The words God & Jesus both mean ''I Am''
    What/Who is ''i'' ?
    Being.
    Father = I
    Jesus = AM
    Spirit = BEING
    God = I Am Being
    God is not a being, but being itself.

    my response may be a little long. but it is regarding the idea of early christianity. the majority of people, religious people, christians believe that the early believers were christian. but in proper context is that true.
    if you take what revelation 5:5 says, that says the messiah is the lion of "judah". judah is one of the 12 tribes of ancient israel.
    in matthew 15:24 the messiah said he was sent to the lost sheep of ancient israel, specifically the northern kingdom, who went into captivity. the truth of the matter is ancient israel was never called a church, nor were they ever called christians. israel was called a nation so that means the early believers could not have been called christians. so if the messiah's people was ancient israel, the ancient hebrews, then that would mean that the 4 writers of the gospels, the disciples and apostles had to be descendents of the 12 tribes, as well. even paul stated in the book, that he was a descendent of the tribe of benjamin.
    the idea that the early believers being christian had to come after the diocletian persecution that took place around 301-304ad.if we can connect what i said about the messiah, disciples, and the apostles all being descendants of the 12 tribes, it would make sense that people are not told the truth about who the early believers were, as part of the persecution, the hiding of the truth. i will also mention that diocletian ordered all the books to be taken from the peoples homes and burned which im sure contained the truth about the messiah and the disciples, and the things that took place. mind you that this took place 20 years before the first council of nicea, which was really the starting point of christianity. in 2025 it will be the 1700th anniversary of the first council of nicea. im sure that diocletian was given orders to persecute, and kill the ancient hebrews and destroy the evidence, in preparation for the first council of nicea.

    Thankyou for the video! It was very interesting.
    I disagree with a couple of points.
    The “diefication of the meat sack” is quite an over simplification of what the early Church fathers preached. In fact, that is exactly the heresy of Appolinarius which was condemned.
    I also disagree that 99% of Plotinus is present in Christian thought. There are many key differences which are completely irreconcilable with neoplatonism. For example, creation ex nihilo, creation being separate from God. The Early church always strived to underline the non-pantheistic views of Christianity.
    Also, I disagree with the attempts at trying to differentiate Christ with Christians. It is quite evident that Christ himself did in fact teach that he is God, and the only way for people to reach God is through him. (In short, without the details).
    My view is that Early Church thought is actually quite intellectual and delves quite deep. I would agree that there is neoplatonic influence, but only in the sense that the Church fathers appropriated terminology and neoplatonic models (where applicable) to communicate their ideas to the “rational” and philosophical audience. For example, how the Cappadocian fathers used Porphyrus’s interpretation of Aristotelean categories in their defence of the Holy Trinity.
    I also sense in the video that there is quite an emphasis on relying on our own “intellectual” ability rather than belief. Your are completely right in that Christianity goes against this, but not without good reason. Instead of seeing this as “irrational” or “dumb”, this can be seen as a means of humility. It would be quitter rational in fact to trust salvation to God rather than to our own means and devices, since we see that we are powerless. Therefore I make the point that religion is not as stupid or irrational as it would seem. For more detail on this subject, I would refer to the Triads by St Grigory of Palamas who explores this in great detail, especially in his polemics against Barlaam of Calabria. (Regarding intellectualism).
    And ofcourse, all the polemics against the Gnostics in the early Church. The position you seem to express in this video seem quite similar to me to what the gnostics preached.
    I would like to ask, are you acquainted with the works of the early Church Fathers? For example on the Incarnate word by St Athanasius. I believe this should definitely dispel the belief of the “diefication of a meat sack”. And in more detail, the works of St Kyrill of Alexandria.
    Thankyou sir and have a good day!

    What you say about worshiping Jesus instead of God reminds me of the Prophet Muhammad who claimed to have continued the mission of Jesus. The fundamental truth of Islam is "there is no god but God" which is equivalent to the Vedantic "only Brahman is real and the world is unreal", but of course the meaning has been twisted. Few people know that the Koran says that people in Heaven will not be in Heaven for eternity, but will be absorbed into the Absolute after some time. In the sayings of the Prophet, Muhammad says that at the end of time "hell will become cold". This is in line with the Upanishad's message that even Brahmaloka is not eternal. Heaven or hell is eternal from the perspective of human life, but it is not eternity in the absolute sense. The "Messenger" is the same as the Christian and Platonic Logos. I recommend "The Quintessential Esotericism of Islam" by Frithjof Schuon.

    You dont understand the combination of philosophy and theology. You quoting Protestant theology and Thomas Aquinas as Christians? Those are hereticals by the true church, the very early one you quoted, the Orthodox one. And im saying this with love as a Greek, that Orthodox Christianity is the continuation of Greek philosophy and thus so, in few centuries everyone was christian because philosophicaly Christianity won.The early Christians were Orthodox Christians and the doctrine does not say you only had to believe. There is confession, sacraments, church, monasticism, liturgy, art and so many ways that you can find the relationship with the energies of the one by changing your entire life. You can also read the philokalia to see that surely iss not faith alone. Please read Cappadocian Fathers who where the students of Origin and philosophers also and they studied greek philosophy on the academies. Read true history please. Also there is Maximus the Confessor or Athanasius or Gregory palamas and many others very strong minds with huge philosophical analysis on Christianity. Instead you jumbed up to Thomas Aquinas a theologian 1000 years after the early Christianity.who didn't know how to translate from Greek to Latin and made huge mistakes, or Luther up to 1500 years after and all of them are comdamnd as heretics by Orthodoxy. Porphyrin or plotinus misunderstand the true doctrine of Christianity which where the Orthodox church and they had been answered by the fathers of the church with philosophy. Faith alone is a west Christianity thing sorry.
