Kripp the type of dude to get his girl pregnant and blame it on RNG.
Seconded
RNGesus shall be the child's name.
+Bo Dizzle
Eez joke.
nice try.
+Erick Ferrer Best comment I've ever fucking read
I know this feel. Every time I have my insane 30 Magma Ragers deck I go 0-3.
Yeah, but then you activate the hidden 30 Magma Rager secret where 0-3 becomes 12-0. Just part of how awesome Magma Rager is!
get 30 ice ragers, you will go 13-0
+TheFullNick power creep is real
+MagmaRagerino Kripperino T U C K F R U M P
+MagmaRagerino Kripperino I always go 5-1 with my Magma rager deck :C
I like how in 90% of Kripp's videos he says he wants to show us "some of the __________est games" he's ever played.
We get it Kripp, you've played a lot of games.
LMAO. so true dude
+Josh Teixeira i like that too. im grateful that even casual kripp is such a game obsessed freak because it certainly takes off some of the pressure.
But all of them were the MOST game.
That first game was complete bullshit.
The definition of "never fucking lucky"
"Yeah, I'm saving Hemet for a better beast."
*opponent plays Highmane*
"Yeah Hemet sucks here."
*uses Hemet on Huge Toad*
Value.
I don't know if your trolling or not, but i will give you the benefit of the doubt and explain his choice for you.
Imagine he used Hemet instead of Champion. he would have a 6/3 ,a 4/2 and a 1/2. while his opponent has two 2/2's .
Now look at what he did instead. playing the champion made him have a better board. which consisted of a 6/6 , a 2/3 and a 3/4. Which was much better against his board. Thus making Hemet a worse choice than the Champion./
+Expert b and a
+Expert b although you have a point, you disregard that he could've played zombie chow (or silver hand regent) in the first scenario too. you're including chow in your second scenario, but not in the first.
*That feel when you actually started watching his streams again and get constant dèja-vu's FeelsBadMan*
0:13-0:26 Described me perfectly
1:12
+Skipperino Kripperino So fast.
The legends say you are Kripp himself
+Hurson Exposed D:
+Hurson And so did I
+LoLAimAtMe Some say this is literally his life
that flame strike top deck gave me PTSD
+Joel J he was out of cards in his hand already
+Kuroko Mikototo still a topdeck...
Ryan Dollenmayer i know, but it sounds so whiny when kripp's opponent is on topdeck mode and then he gets a good card and kripp goes "topdecked X card BabyRage"
Kuroko Mikototo yeah I will agree with you there but these games he actually for once got unlucky lol
4:16 wtf the opponents name!!! Bieberhole69?????? Bieberhole69! wtf is that!!
Thats such an erotic name
Kripp being unlucky? Just another day at the office.
Arena is getting harder because People are watching Kripp's videos.
+MrShukaku1991 I believe you're right on the nail with this, I feel like the general understanding of how to play Arena has increased a ton lately, and I think it's a lot due to Kripp's videos. If he doesn't want harder competition, he shouldn't educate thousands of people. xD
No Skipperino? I guess... 1:11
u saved my life dude. I might of overdosed of kripp
Drayx 11 xD
The only thing thats perfect is. MY. PRECIOUUSSSSSSSS
hey I've never seen you around here before, nice to meet you!
wtf hahahhhahaha
+Gollumerino Kripperino That image its awesome, lol!
+Gollumerino Kripperino Finally, been waiting for a gollum kripp using that pic
Deathwing>Flamestrike>Ethereal Conjurer
Seems legit.
He should have played around those series of topdecks.Every mage does that
This sums up my arena experience during the last few months. At least I finally got a Warlock to 7/0 right now, but that happens like once a month. You just end up facing guys with amazing tempo decks, even when you got quite a good early game yourself.
Oh, Kripp. The salt is not very becoming.
That is how I feel every single arena run :/
2:27 That's the closest Kripp has EVER come to saying Kraken correctly. I wasn't even drinking anything and I still did a spit take. The way he normally says kraken bothers me way more than it should. It was like hearing an out of tune piano play a correct note for the first time. It was beautiful. It was also probably an accident and he'll go back to saying kray-ken next time and it'll break my heart.
When he said kranken he had me in tears hahah
Just got my second legendary card today. Was so excited. It was Millhouse FeelsBadMan
I feel you bro, my first 2 pulls were Millhouse and pagle.
+ankhi3 way after, only been playing a year
got bloodhoof Caine ithink
wow, i really love these edited arena drafts. your work does not go unnoticed!
9:10 best rocketeer impression
wow you described my current situation just at the beggining. I started playing some arenas after watching some streamers play them and learning how to draft and play in arena, but recently I decided to stop playing them for a while because I was having pretty bad runs lately and I want to save gold for the expansion.
in the game at 16:20 he should have played the hungry dragon to try for zombie chow on the hunter's side so he could possibly heal for 5
So, what I heard was "There are less bad players on arena and as a result I don't win as much. Must be my bad luck."
Yeah, not as leet as we thought we were.
+o0Donuts0o Atleast you have donut
The chance of being struck by lightning in the US is about 1 in 960,000.
The chances are lower
+Weatherino Kripperino So you're replacing funfacterino now?
In pennsylvania its april and it is currently snowing lmao
those topdecks in the first game were insane!
Even before his opponent played Flamestrike I thought that playing the Hungry Dragon was a misplay. There was just no need to play it and to give the oppnent also a minion that needed clearing. The smart thing would have been to hold it and hit face with the heropower!
"Really terrible arena players." Hey, that's me!
+Zuzu Superfly welcome to the five doll psst. *brofists*
My shield for 04:01
I got my first ever 12 wins deck with warlock today! 👻😎
+Night Raven grats yo :D
+Night Raven My first 12 was also warlock :D. Cheers dude.
+Night Raven call me a noob but all 4 times for me have been with mage.
Nathan Holstrom Mage is just amazing but it gets boring. I find rogue is hard to play in arena but I did once get a shaman to 11 wins (3 fire elementals).
The higest i've ever gotten is 5 or 6 Feelsbadman
Well, Brann got auto taunt too, everybody is scared of comboes.
nobody wants a 2/4 taunt ;)
welcome to taiwan/japan server where ever arena game is ridiculas
Thanks for this Kripp
I played a turn 3 Death Lord against a paladin, having a crappy hand. Said to myself "it will either kill his Boneguard Lieutenant or slow him down enough to catch up. Worst case scenario, he gets "keepered" and I work my way from there." Well, Keeper dropped on the board, Kelthuzad gets pulled from the deck, the Lieutenant rises from the grave, couldn't stop laughing then conceded.
13:25 This Hunter is playing around hemit!
I was watching this at the part with deathwing and even I went to press esc to concede
26:05 Why exactly did he use the Mark of the Wild on that Creeper? I think using it on the Crusader would have been objectively better in this situation - sure, he would have missed out on the Spectral Spiders, but the Divine Shield was pretty much guaranteed to give him another round, whereas taunting the Creeper required his opponent to have basically no direct damage in his hand whatsoever.
He'd lose no matter what still
Dmitry S. Most likely, yes, but the game wasn't entirely lost yet.
He can just ping the shield off with his dagger?
+1 respect for showing us the pack opening
The first game with deathwing gave me cancer. I've lost so many similar games such as that to fucking deathwing.
Only time I played deathwing it got polymorphed the following turn and I lost. I had to go to hospital for chemio
In that first clip i wanted u to attack with the panther and the spider, so incase of flame strike u kill deathwing, and otherwise u just win the game np
the first game was a fun chat time
>Saves Hemet for good beast
>Face-trades kraken
Krippsgoodguysiswear
Kraken isn't a beast
Haven't played an Arena in over a year, had way to many 2-3, 3-3 runs and stress to deal with that bullshit.
Kripp played into that first flamestrike so hard. No reason to play the whole hand out right before it there (He should have held the regent)
3-3 is a perfect storm? .-.
3-3 is really bad. I mean yeah you do kind of come out equal, but you technically just randomized the pack you get that way, going 6+ makes it so you actually win off of arena and make it worthwhile.
With that deck? With Kripp's above average winrate? I'd say so.
+Csõsz Ferenc Ferdinánd I was pretty sure 7 wins was the lowest win rate that guaranteed at least 150 gold, am I wrong?
+Dragonite he meant as in pack is worth a 100 + 55 gold that he got, but didn't get to choose the pack.
My whole point is, perfect storms were always used to describe 0-3
"I wanna fucking die right now" - Kripp, 2016.
Kripp funny how you mention not being able to deal with his taunt minions. I recall one of your videos of arena where you just drafted all taunt and slaughtered. Don't forget your own advice.
I am living this right now. Shit like getting entombed by a mage from spellslinger makes me want to quit.
This is every arena run for me right now
He's right arena is crazy difficult right now. My average is 6.5 wins per run and for the last five runs I've had 3 under-2-wins runs and 2 mediocre runs...I guess I should just stop playing until WOTG is here.
***** I'd love that!
+Fadi Antwan Five games isn't a very large sample.
To my knowledge there is no hard data which bears out Kripp's claim that arena is getting tougher, and some which contradicts it (docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19lr0zyvHHu7Sa-pssKcsxVhfEX6aYFn88V5lhW8SzRk/edit#gid=228477781).
Though past a certain point the claim may become something of a self-fulfilling prophecy if nothing else.
Oh Boy, recently my Deathwing got Deathwinged at like 4 wins, i feel you dude.
It's so much pleasure to hear Kripp cry. Mmmmmm.....
#givekripparianbellyrubs
16:30 wow didn't see that concede coming. way too early!
when kripp said that he doesnt have a tail to wag a horrifying image of him doing it popped up in my head.
someone do fanart of it, please
every card Kripps opponent gets when he is losing is a topdeck Kappa
Looks like the overwhelming majority of my, very few, arena games. Decent deck, enemy pulls the perfect option at, often several, crucial moments to swing tempo in their favor. I get that this is lessened if you play a lot of arena, but I'm not a very lucky person and this is almost my entire experience in arena. I am, the, never lucky.
Highest win in arena is like 5 or 6, out of like maybe 15 (I think I've been playing a year or so).
Same, just felt like an average arena
So that's why I went 0-3 on my last two paladin runs -_- Before anyone tells me I suck, I've gone 12 wins before. Hard fought, and my average is usually 8-9 wins.
Tell me bout it,how bout this, i got against this priest,i had kt in my deck, turn 3 thoughtsteal and he gets fucking kt and earth elemental, the 2 strongest cards in my deck, the only good cards in it tbh,i only had like a lightning bolt and some small heals ok so he plays those, i still manage to stabilize,we go to late game , he has around 20 minions destroyed he uses the revive random minion card and gets kt and wins....tell me bout it+everytime i go arena i get 0 boardclears while my opponents have 3 think about this when you think you're unlucky lol
+Chris Lewis You probably just guessed your average, but still. The best player on the arena streamer leaderbord has an average of 7.62, so no, your average is not 8-9 wins.
ByteKnight You're right, I don't average 8-9 wins. Runs like the fucking 0-3's drag down averages hella fast. But I do get 8-9 wins frequently enough that it isn't a rare occurence at all.
Like the video so far, the amount of salt is pretty good here
tfw you see the comments and no kripperinos... FeelsBadMan
The mustache is BACK!!!!
You know an arena run is The Perfect Storm when Hemet is the main star of it!
Salterinno kripperinno being salty is saltylicious
I just did a 12-2 run today haha
But I really had a good paladin deck :)
That felt like every time I play Arena...
This happens to me like every single game in arena. I retired 2 or 3 times after games like this, the RNG just killed me.
The deathwing defeat pissed me off wtf is that jank
Dude this is legitimately my normal arena
What do you think of the algorithm for ladder (Rigged MM) That chooses a hardcounter-opponent for your deck, cause everytime i switch deck i get hard-countered, every single time.
Just play CW
Lemme re-title this video. [Hearthstone] The Perfect Storm 5: Why The toast doesn't play arena. To a tee.
I have been doing better lately than ever before. For the first time ever I have earned enough gold to to arenas back to back for weeks :D
that time where I had an amazing Pally deck and mogor the ogre singlehandedly lost me 2 games
With mogor the ogre it's already over
Earlier than most of the kripps PogChamp
If Kripp and his opponent both get super lucky but kripp wins the game he still sees it as a massive injustice how his opponent was so lucky
Videos with Kripp being rekt >>> videos with Kripp doing 12-0 etc
upd: oops. after the first game I thought it will be 0-3
upd2: still pretty fucking rekt
KRIPP review the cards already
+Dr. Pepper He did one every week on sunday for the past 3 weeks, so number 4 should be tomorrow.
+Dr. Pepper i want to know his opionion about the ancient one
Opponent plays a card: WHAT WHAT HE IS PLAYING CARDS WTF
+StarRevolution90 Opponent doesn't play a card: WHAT A BAD PLAYER
That's why I haven't played arena in a couple of months. If you get a terrible deck you lose money and most of the runs I do get 7+ wins I end up only making 20 gold.
Kripp...you got to pick 22 without any 5 or 6 drops, even though multiple 5 and 6 drops were offered to you, some being very commonly picked cards. By the end, you had a gigantic hole in your mana curve between 4 and 7, with 3 pretty situational cards and a tiger in between. That's not, "Oh, I had really bad luck and got matched against only good players," that's, "I didn't think at all about what my deck needed, and got fucked in the butt." No offense or anything, but the way you were talking at the start I expected this amazing draft of like 4 piloted shredders, 3 ancients of lores and a Cenarius somehow going 0 - 3, not this.
i completely agree
He said himself he was playing a fast deck, he just couldn't manage to gain tempo much of the time.
And against that Deathwing it was almost impossible to win without a good draw.
perfectly seasoned
Kripp should get a pet parrot. It'd be funny to see how it learns to rage.
You'd better pick me when I get into the game because I want to make Magma Rager happy.
i rly love when i beat krip in the arena *feelsgoodman*
So in game one. Why not hungry dragon and kill the 1 drop to counter the duplicate. Of course there was no way of knowing what it was but you suspected it so wouldn't that have been the best play?
That was hard to watch. I feel your pain.
Lowest luck, highest skills
I really hope they add limited drafts at some point, the "wild" arena is getting a bit tired.
my last arena run i got absolutely slaughtered, went 0-3, and then got a golden deathwing from my pack. woo pity legendary.
Kripp are you aware of the Nostalrius situation? If it matters to you in any way I would be really interested in your thoughts on that topic!
lmaoooo the deathwing
second loss was just kripp mindlessly not playing around swipe. SO UNLUCKY OMG druid with swipe in arena
Kripp usually gets more salty than needed, but damn that first game was extremely unlucky.
I'm a simple hunter, I see Hemet, I press like
+Scott Kemp But don't hunters hate hemet? Because he destroys beasts?
+dick butt a beast hunter!
not all humans hunt beasts :)
4:55 Why does the card glow a sort of green instead of the usual blue?
Kraken should be a beast, maybe then people would pick Hemet up more often.
"I don't think Hemmet is that bad" - goes 3-3
That last game lmao
Oh, you DO have a tail to wag though...
