For everyone commenting on Billie's voice, I have a very strong suspicion that he is sick here, he is not screaming all over the place, to the crowd, etc like he typically is. His voice sounds weaker and more timid than usual, typical of a singer who is both ill and physically exhausted.

I think that unfortunately Billie Joe is losing her voice, she is going out of tune a lot lately in live concerts.

Nah not at all, he’s still strong and hitting all the notes, some of these official videos have bad live mixing so the vocals won’t be EQ’ed enough so the voice will sound less powered cuz it’s not done properly
He learned how to properly sing so he’ll always be looking after his voice and not straining it
