You know I have a different story which is a vice versa. When I discovered that my high school coach accusing History teacher, the principal of my school blindly heard what the Coach say and he immediately fire the History teacher without thinking and without a tangible proof. Me and my friends tried my best to proof that our history teacher was innocent but it took many months for the principal to believe. And instead of being fired, the evil coach was actually became a permanent staffing on my school till I graduated 😥😭
And the history teacher applied teaching to the new high school instead
And its unknown what happened to an evil coach after I graduated since I never been visiting my high school as an alumni

I am very impressed that the boys were honest and stood up for their teacher. I am in shock too that the teacher almost lost her job and here she is new. Principles should do investigations first instead of assuming when it comes to these type of scenarios and situations. “ look at the video footage, see if there are any witnesses “. If you are a teacher, principle or whoever making out with another student or anyone is never tolerated.
Absolutely!!! After all, the "6th Amendment" of the Constitution clearly states that all people are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Should have checked the cctv footage first, clear it with both of the staff before deciding to fire !! Luckily Principal Mikey realised it in time!!

If I were Ms. McCauley, I'd still be finding another school to teach at. The principal fell for the coach's incredibly transparent scheme and was incredibly quick to assume the worst about her. The coach's demeanor while reporting her "affairs" and the fact that he marched the boys while blowing his whistle like a child should've tipped the principal off to the fact that his claims were lies. I don't think there's many teachers that would want to work under a principal after being treated like that.
It depends on the teacher and the severity of the incident on what he/she decides to do. School Principles can make mistakes but they just have to learn what they did wrong too. They need to dig in and investigate first before jumping to conclusions to get the full truth.
It's not about the employer but about the students. There may be struggling students in her classes that she still wants to help

Great video! I'm impressed with your growth. These life lessons only get better. I've seen these sort of things happen in the school system as I worked in one. Not the accusation, but the grades changed for athletes.

Sadly, there are coaches that does that and even some teachers that defends the football players. But i'm glad Mrs McAuley is one of those teachers that doesn't defend and treat football players special, but treats them equally.

Teachers actually can lose their jobs for passing students even though the student did not technically pass. That’s why some teachers instead of handing test back to the students, they keep them in file to protect themselves incase administrators gets suspicious that the students are not getting the grades they deserve whether it’s passing or failing.

Actually the principal should be removed for just taking a story and accusing an innocent person without verifying the story. That’s outrageous.

When I was a high schooler back during my high school years I've got some straight A's on my new teacher entire class just because of standing on her after being accused of doing something unresponsible, but after that accident my mom doesn't proud what I've did to my new teacher and she grounded me for entire month. I did a fatal mistake that day and I regretted everything for standing up on her 😭😥
