- Essentially, 'Pareshaan' talks about self-loathing, self-doubt, pessimism, and restlessness that an individual faces. Sometimes, one knows the cause, and sometimes, there's no definite reason. The latter is scary as one keeps going down spiralling and it feels like there's no way out. The abyss starts consuming you and everything around looks meaningless. The noises in your head are so loud that you lose your voice in that.

I feel happy, atleast better from those years but why can't i stand and pat my shoulder, the way i used to do earlier? Not a feeling of hatred for self but I'm sure it's not a feeling of love and attention i used to shower upon myself like some years back. Something is depleting; maybe the confidence, self-faith and that excellency..
