2024: Phoenix Girls Play For Cleveland NI Project's U13 Elite Squad v Dublin Lions Girls

On Saturday 15 June the Cleveland NI Project hosted a U13 tournament at the Lisburn Racquets Club.
The Cleveland NI Project - as one of it's initiatives to grow the game of basketball in Northern Ireland - has established a U13 Elite Academy as part of the player pathway for boys and girls.
After a selection process in early May 2024 squads of 20 boys and 20 girls have been training weekly and have been to Dublin twice for tournaments.
This tourno in Lisburn concludes this period of the U13s Elite programme - although it will start back up in August again as the Elite Academy has some exciting plans for late August and September.
Four Phoenix U13s have been part of the Cleveland U13 Girls squad : Natalie McCrea, Lilia Bowman, Alanna McKinney and Chi-Chi Oketah.
