Pastor Bill Smalt is the pastor of the Rock Church of Petersburg. He has pastored several Rock Churches. He has been to Africa, India, Russia and the Fiji Islands doing missions work. He is married to Deborah Smalt and has three sons.
Pastors Bill and Debbie Smalt have been in full time ministry for 34 years. They have a desire to see every believer doing the Destiny that God has for them! They believe the local church is vital to the plans and purposes of God.
