- We spent 4 weeks in Lombok this past summer on our S.E. Asia trip and we ABSOLUTELY FELL in LOVE. Our first week was spent in KUTA which is a super cool surf town with AMAZING beaches close by and loads of great restaurants and shopping!
Follow us on a 22 MINUTE walking tour around the Main STREETS in KUTA, LOMBOK and down along the boardwalk to KUTA BEACH!! We had the ENTIRE beach/ SURF town to ourselves.

We absolutely LOVED Kuta, Lombok! Great quiet surf town and very close to some of the BEST beaches in Lombok. Tanjung aan, Mawun and Selong Belanak were our favourites!

Have any of you been to Kuta, Lombok recently?? Let us know where you stayed, ate and what you did. we used Kuta as a jump off spot to access Mawun, Tanjung Aan and Selong Belanak beaches! Great restaurants in town! enjoy

You are going to LOVE Lombok and the Kuta area. We rented a scooter for a few days to visit Mawun Beach, Tanjung Aan Beach and our FAVOURITE Selong Belanak Beach!! We also loved KRNK restaurant and The Mexican in Town!
