@@TheDKgerman it has the playstyle of a heavy. And as the person above mentioned, it used to be a heavy, a tier 10 one and not tier 9, but a heavy nonetheless

Honestly i god damn love this tank, imo one of the most underrated heavies in T9. I went full bond eq with turbo rammer and stab and gun handling feels really amazing and mobility is also pretty good. But the thing why i love this tank is 340 heat with 10 degrees of gun depr. and also not exactly paper turret, not many tanks have this combination.
Thx for doing all 3 of them! Some nice tips along the way about how to play on some maps too.

I didn't like the Phase until I started using turbo on it, but the Concept is a better tank overall for sure
Couldn't play the Phase 1 in the past but watching your examples shows me I wasn't alone in using turbo. I'll try it again.
Imho the only thing keeping this from the upper echelon of tier 9 heavies, aka the conq, concept and AMX, is having to choose between turbo and stabs, because unlike the other three, it's slightly lacking in both categories instead of just one.
Concept in my opinion is just harder to use that Phase, thats why lot of people prefer phase
I agree, and I have the concept 1b. I think the concept is better than phase on most maps, but in a up tier the phase can still stomp top tier with it's heat pen compared to the concept lacking pen.

@@mywafflebroke6874 After getting the concept I realised that the only one thing that makes this thing powerful is its mobility and nothing else, not even turret. If the phase had the same mobility it would be better than the concept.
I don't have the Concept 1B myself but I would agree with your assessment in terms of M103 < Phase 1 < Concept. I haven't played the M103 in several years but I picked this tank up recently, liking it so far and I seem to be doing well in it.
Love the talk through and advice; always took the long way on the hill, just assuming I needed to, how wrong that way. 👍
would really love to see the kunze im playing it with full bounty aiming, stabs and rammer which makes it quite accurate even without siege mode

I reccomend ae phase 1 or k91 pt obj 777 2 is soo small and some times you try to hull down and only show the weak spot but cant shot and the char futur only if you like fast low armored tanks
i personally 3 marked the phase a while ago. (i was suprised the requirements were so low for this tank given for what it can do). it kind of resembles the Conq which i also loved. the 340 heat gives you a good chance to fight against T10 or other hulldown tanks.
The mobility isnt that bad imo tho i still used Ram-stab-turbo on it.
I got both the concept and the phase but i feel like the phase is just straight better, maybe better for me Kekw.
The gun just felt way more reliable and actually hit where i was aiming. turret is solid aswell so it can play hulldown perfectly, ofc given you keep the hatch in mind.

Concept is pretty much Phase I with 50% better speed.
It gets even better because the Field Mod Lv7 +4 top speed so it practically has MT mobility without using a Turbo.
I run my Concept with 2 sets: Bounty Aiming + Bond Rammer/Vent and Hardening + Bond Rammer/Vent.
Averaging 4.5k combined, not quite get the 3rd marks yet but still way better than Phase I, which I casually play at 100%+ MoE ~4.2k
With Phase I, Turbo is a must in pretty much every situation, then Rammer. Last slot depends on your preference. So it's like -1 to equip slots compared to Concept.
It's not even debatable that the Concept is just the best tier9 HT since it got implemented.
For me as slightly above average player, concept is super hard to play. I had 1500xp Westfield game recently holding obj279 and killing his support, but it mostly has 50mm of angled armor which is not heat-resistant and even mantlet can be sometimes penetrated. Lower plate is easy to overexpose so it's not so great as a heavy tank and it's situational. On the other hand speed allows to get into good positions faster than others and to change positions like a medium. It's tricky to use it efficienctly to compensate lack of armor by speed and positioning and it's tricky to use armor correctly without overexposing lower plate, drivers hatch, turret roof.

Daki, when to use all terrain suspension vs lighweight ? I ask because it seems all terrain you sacrifice a lot on suspension durability (tracking). If you can let us know your thoughts. thx.
Glad you're giving it another shot...I think your initial evaluation is still correct, "Better M103 and worse Conq.". I do feel that is correct...Although I do enjoy playing Phase more then Conq i don't know why.
Concept is litterally the ae phase 1 which trades 30mm(340->310mm) of heat pen for MUCH more speed, shell velocity and a better turret for hulldown overall.
I have 3.5k wn8 + 64% wr on the concept but for some reason just can't make the ae works, my wn8 on phase 1 is like 1.9-2k or something and 47% wr. I just don't know why.
Though playing the concept gets me focused A LOT, especially by arties so there's that
I'm literally the opposite of this :D Concept just doesn't work for me. I guess it's probably about the playstyle of the player even tho those two tanks share so many similarities. AE and it's turret is more reliable for me and I enjoy battles with it waaaay more. Concept stats are 57.76% wr, 232 battles, 2187 WN8, 2500 DMG, 1083 exp - avg per battle and AE stats are 54.12% wr, 170 battles, 2251 WN8, 2188 DMG, 991 exp -> so my AE stats are even worse but I enjoy it more so it's really about the player I would say :)

@@mikhailvershinin3466 i have normal turbo on my concept and it's litterally outpacing even meds to position at 54km/h lol. No one really expects the concept to be taking all advantageous positions so early on in the battle and they all panick
You also trade hull armor which means sidescraping is difficult and face hugging is impossible. Personally speaking, the only thing that makes this thing powerful is its speed. Its pretty average on flat ground without terrain variations. The turret is also a double edge sword.

I feel like the phase is a bit better when it comes to armour cuz the concept gets owned by heat in the turret roof and its not that tall so its easy to pen it there. If you want something easy and reliable pick phase. If you want something hard to use,but if u know how to use it it can be one of the best heavies in thr game pick concept

Daki, how about the T-54? And which gun do you like on it? There's that less accurate one with -6 degrees.
That was me that said ae phase is a great tank ❤😂😂😂. My win rate with this tank is 56 percent. Free repair kits is a huge plus. Great reload speed. Great 340 heat pen. Speed is only downside so I always turbo this beast. Btw you can also side scrape a little with this tank. The one big advantage of concept is the mobility.

I'd say gun of this tank performs better than the Concept, at least in my experience, but Concept mobility is just super strong and makes the tank more competitive just because of it. It also reverses alot faster and that helps with survivability and repositioning.
Imo Concept is better, but gun on the Phase feels better tbh.

Hi Gamer Daki, as much as i respect your opnion i need to disagree on the comment about the hill way. People should always take the long way, otherwise iam the guy whos farming those people wich arent taking the long way. You always need to consider that if you say something like that, people will start doing it without thinking about the issue about it. They will do it even if they are in the worst spawn of the hill.... On top of that there are a lot fast heavys too and ofc meds wich will go on top of the hill. The usual first spot route of a Scout is spotting the cross so you will get spot and punished for that. For example i was playing in my BZ as top tier (balanced tank btw xD), the enemy BZ went the long route cause he thought hes fine with his rockets, he got spot i saw it and punished him for 900+ track, was first on hill and killed him without losing any hp. Imagine if i would had ap loaded instead of HE, he could have been a oneshot in the first shot since ammorack and fuel tank issues of BZ´s. But overall great content as usual, keep going.
I swear when I play this tank I feel like my alpha dmg is 360 instead of 400. Just watch his first game... lowroll after lowroll. If I get a 400+ shot more than 1 time in 8 or smth shots, it's feeling like a bless.

i prefer concept 1b since it suits my playstyle well for mobility as well as good gun handling. able to snapshot like a king. didnt like the phase 1 since the turret armor somehow is easy pen for me. different people different playstyle i guess
Turret roof is easily penned, kind of makes it bad hull down, I got this tanka while ago and seemed to be penned in the roof very often.
it looks so effortlessly in your hands. yet i prefer things a bit harder😏

Concept is just more fun, but also harder to play. Its like fast medium with troll-ish armor. Phase is just basic heavy tank, with awesome heats.

I have both but I like Phase I more because it has better turret armour agaunst gold rounds and gold rounds on AE Phase I have 340mm of pen unlike Concept. I don't mind having worse speed, view range and shell velocity

I don't know how presenting a tank performance ,the good and the bad sides if you go full gold.at list in last few videos i been watching...it's a big difference in the score if somebody shoot the gold or regular ammo ..you ar a very good player but you have same results without gold ?? Tomorrow play 3 battles without the gold and compare..

Of course I am no-one to discuss your opinion but IMO comparing it to the 1B is unfair. The 1B is more difficult to get, and so is the better tank. However this is not a bad tank in my opinion. I prefer the French tech three tank, or the CZ tier 9 or the E75, but this not bad at all.

After watching your last video about AE where you say Conqueror is better, long story short, I sold my beloved AE, bought Conqueror and to test myself what didn't seem right to me... after two dozen terrible battles I decided to sell the Conq (obviously after unlocking the Sconq =) and buy back the AE which always satisfied me completely. I do not regret the process because otherwise I would always be in doubt. Much less do I blame you after all, it's an opinion and everyone has their own.

I tend to agree with you, I have both, but I prefer Phase...Although I would never say the Phase is better than Conq...But Phase just feels more enjoyable to play, but I don't know why.
@@Dakillzor I could be wrong but I tend to / for now / prefer to have in my garage only the tanks I actually use over having lots of parked tanks that I don't use. Even putting money in the game seems to me more economical and mainly more efficient in terms of equipment and crew in order to have better equipped and obviously more competitive tanks prepared to play. For this reason alone, I have this tendency to select and discard second-placed or less-than-pleasurable tanks in my opinion.
@@CMKseven see! that's exactly how I - and I imagine a lot of people - think about having to select one of two to optimize the usability of the tanks in your garage. And that's why I still have so many unused Russian crews LOL I'd rather not have a tank that makes me scream and focus on equipping it well the ones makes me have better moments.
I think the AE is solid and much easier to play than the Concept. However, the concept is better IMO. I use HP, Turbo, Rammer in ever setup. The American heavies have to slow of a reverse speed IMO to not run turbo.
That slow reverse isn't true for the Concept tho, 18km/h backwards is good for a heavy. But i still like to run turbo on it too.
@@Ol_White_Fatalis actually true, I run stabs/hardening most of the time on the concept. But I do have turbo/hardening config on it for special occasions like Empires Butthole map.

I hated m103, played it years ago when it's turret used to be even worse lol. That big, weak, trash turret alone makes the tank bad imo. Gun is actually pretty good tho.
