To turn on or off speech to text on voice chat on Xbox Series X|S, you can use the Game and chat transcription feature. Here are the steps to follow:

Select Settings, then Ease of Access, then Game and chat transcription.
To turn on speech to text, select the Speech-to-text checkbox.
