I enjoy your channel, I watch it as soon as your videos come up. I've had problems with a tow company Locally. I live on a hill and here in western Canada Ice can be an issue. Even after being warned about the ice in the area, the driver didn't chain up and slid down the hill. Spinning our vehicle around and crushing the passenger side, ultimately totaling the vehicle. The owner of the tow company refused to deal with it until we threatened legal action, then tried to give us less then a quarter of the book value of the vehicle. Finally it went to insurance. Hello from Oklahoma. I was 20yrs in the industry, most companies I worked for got their bread and butter from private property impounds. I retired out of it do to health reasons but still love the life. I found your video just the other day when I was put on quarantine for direct contact with someone that was positive, so all I has was netfix and CZcams!! Been benge watching since! I had my car repoed the same day I got out of jail when I was 21 regardless how shitty the situation was I stayed respectful. The driver hoped out hostile at first saying “you know why I’m here” after he saw I understood what was happening and wasn’t trying to be an asshole, he Kept exaggerating how great it was to deal with a reasonable person. The bs these guys put up with on a daily is respectable. Low key thinking bout starting to yank em’ myself.

I am sure he was given a notice before paving day and could have moved his vehicle the night before. We all have our limits on how much we will put up with and that is normal. And I am 100% sure that those who critical of non-consensual towing have never owned an apartment builiding or commecial busienss with parking issues.
