I wanted to expand my Joytoy Warhammer collection, but noticed the prices on Amazon had gone up. Surprisingly, Temu has a bunch of those figures at a competitive price. I got this Salamanders Eradicator Space Marine for under $25. Let's see if it's too good to be true.

Yep, Salamanders are the only faction In 40K that is somewhat nice. They protect their planet and are allowed to see their families. They have black skin because of the radiation on their planet. I like the salamanders
Vulkan lives, brother
Thanks for sharing your experience with this line.
No problem! I'm hoping to show some fancier figures from this line in the future.
I was very skeptical of temu selling actual legit joytoy figures, but it’s nice to see that I was wrong
Me too!
Thanks for the feedback. Glad you like the details. Does there exist any fakes ones anywhere? probably not?
I'm not aware if there are fakes out there.
Should be because joytoy is in Beijing. at least that’s what the site says so there should not be any KOs of it.
I’m taking a break from McFarlane also and I didn’t think I would but I’m getting into 4” 5” super fun. McFarlane is just pose and display. No fun factor
I didn't think I would be into figures under 6 inches either, but I'm glad I was wrong.
@@FigureFeedback man I was just checking out lines besides McFarlane at Ross, I ended up picking up some 4” Fortnite figures and the quality and articulation is crazy. I actually find myself playing with these smaller scale rather than just posing and displaying. The issue with McFarlane and some others is they just have zero fun factor. I have enough Batman’s for a long time.
You make a good point about the fun factor of McFarlane figures that I hadn't considered. I think that's probably why JoyToy is resonating with me despite their smaller size.
@@FigureFeedback yeah I’m actually randomly into these 4” Fortnite figures they are awesome sturdy ratchet joints more articulated than McFarlane it’s kinda crazy. Plus I feel like you could throw them at the wall and they wouldn’t break.
lol they arent toys?
i mean joytoy is a cheap chinese brand, the same factory prob produces them all.
What's cheap about them? What has your experience been like with JoyToy figures?
@@FigureFeedback My only figure from Joytoy is the Custodes Shield Captain, and I had zero issues with that figure. Personally, mine looks great, has little to no paint errors, has good shading, smooth but solid joints, and just feels very solid in its overall construction.
So I agree with you on questioning what he thinks is cheap about them.
Some of their earlier releases had more issues from what I've watched online, fair, but their current offerings are fantastic.
Also, I don't see McFarlane with the same selection of Warhammer figures that Joytoy has, and their paint quality is so flat and basic.
I remember their Halo 3 action figures being fantastic back in the day.
Though to be fair to McFarlane, at their scale it would likely be more time consuming and expensive to produce things like dreadnoughts or Primarchs, but that's barely an excuse.
Anywho, I've typed far too much considering I doubt you will see this let alone respond. But if you do, I apologize for taking so much of your time, and I thank you for reading to this point. I hope you have a wonderful year, and a good day/night.Whenever you theoretically may be reading this.
They definitively aren't cheap!
