Learning by ear gets easier the more you do it ! Plus you get to recognise patterns - plus Green Day patterns too.
@DavidOakesMusic Yeah, I've definitely been noticing this, and I can get some basic chord progressions and common power chords down easily, but after that I have to look at a tab. I just gotta keep practicing

@@ImJlove I'm hoping you got it by now haha, I love that song, and it's actually pretty easy! Unless there's some solo I forgot about, it's similar to Revolution Radio's intro lead part, just instead of in A it's in the key of B lol

Are there tabs for this one ? Also what tuning did you use ? Sorry I’m new to playing , this is easily my fav song off of Saviors album 💿
I learn the songs by ear so I don’t know how to read or write tab, i’m sorry !! i’m sure there are tabs out there tho, and for the tuning it is in e standard ! also I plan on doing lesson videos starting at some point next month, so hopefully I can help you get started with those ! and it’s awesome to hear that you’re getting into playing guitar, good luck learning and I hope I can help you learn some songs in the future ! if you ever have any questions feel free to ask, i’d love to help out ! :)
