- The Israeli military launched an investigation after a video circulating online purportedly showed a reservist calling for mutiny against military leadership. The video purportedly showed a masked soldier calling for a rebellion against Defence Minister Yoav Gallant and military Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi. The alleged IDF reservist threatened mutiny if the government didn’t pursue “complete victory” over Hamas. The video shared by Israeli PM Netanyahu’s son drew criticism from the Israel Defence Forces (IDF).
