- I know you troglodytes have been waiting, so here ya go! Sisyphus Prime VS Everything! Sisyphus Prime behaves weirdly with ULTRADIRECTOR, and with some of his attacks he just teleports to a specific part of the map, usually around 100-500 meters behind the start of a level. Maybe at a specific coordinated in every level? I really don't know. Because of this I wasn't able to get a lot of clips inside the main levels, and the ones that I did get I had to move the areas I wanted to capture into Sisyphus' stupid little spot. So making a "Soul Survived 2" or something along the lines of that is going to be very hard, and I might have to talk to Robi about why Sisyphus acts this way with ULTRADIRECTOR.

Remeber, When Pissyphus broke out, he was attacking from the inside of the panopticon, where there are far fewer defenses(at least I assume) than compared to someone breaking in, AKA, its a lot easier to break out of the panopticon than to break in.

if you make sisyphus fight minos in his battle arena he might win because sandbox bosses have less health due to them not having scripted events
Fairly confident that Sisyphus normally has around double the health of Minos. There is a chance, though not a particularly high one.
it's not due to them not having scripted events, it's set by the devs for bosses to have lower health when summoned
I thought this is only the bosses that have a normal enemy wariant
they have the same health. only those bosses that become a normal enemy later (Maurice, Cerb, Swordsmachine, Ferryman etc.) have lower health when spawned because they use their common variant stats
I've tested it, Minos Prime still has 130 health in sandbox and Sisyphus still has 200 health
Still no, they have the same health, and the events work fine too, like the phase transitions, they just don't get two health-bars, so it happens at 50% HP instead of 50% of the two bars, it still works fine, and the only enemies to be affected by this are the ones that later become common enemies as that's the variation the spawner arm spawns.
Sisyphus still stomps him in game and in the lore, no matter how awesome Minos is.
I love how Gabriel's lines aren't changed so Gabriel is just calling Sisyphus "A mere object" and "NOTHING BUT SCRAP!"

Still Gabriel was able in his first phase to bring Sisy to his secound one. Not to mention Gabriel has 100hp when Sisy has 200hp. Truth is that there is possibility that Gabe could win encounter, we only need to do few tests. Also I think the main health eater is Sisys "This will hurt"

Because V2 has 40 health compared to V1's 10. They're able to survive longer due to having 4x the health but can't heal from Sisyphus's blood.

It's not ultrakill without the horrendous amounts of lag when you're killing everything
considering how gabriel got Sisyphus to second phase both times he probably would have lost to heaven if Gabe hadn't just turn his back to them (though a lot of these fights would have been over quicker if the ai was actually made to attack these types of enemies)
I think it's more cause it's Gabriel. I mean he slaughtered whole council without scratch and I don't think they were just standing and waiting for death

If these fights were to be accurate only things not folded by sisyphus would be minos

The insurrectionists are pretty damn badass. Even with half their friggin upper body missing including their goddamn SKULL, they still manage to put up one hell of a fight while beating you to death with the corpses of their enemies. One can only imagine how powerful they were before they were crippled by the angels, and how powerful the angels must've been to take them down so easily.

I feel like making Sisyphus that big was a bad call on Hakita's side. He is literally twice the size of Minos (shrinking him once in Sandbox makes him roughly his size), and fighting him that way feels better.

I noticed V2 (2) attacks the camera with his Ricoshot instead of the boss. If there a way to change that, or does the camera need to be inside Sisyphus?
I think that's because v2's coins are designed to hit player instead of enemies
This made the fight much more unfair, tbh, since not only coins were not hitting the King, but V2 was also missing more than half of his shots in general due to poor targeting. I don`t think V2 could`ve won, but he might`ve got Sisyphus down to his second phase.
@@albusjustalbus7988 in order to fix that you would probably need to change how coins work so then people would complain that it's modded, or give up the cinematic shots to give v2 more dmg
I get that KITR isn't really an enemy per se but I find it extremely funny that the most powerful being in in ULTRAKILL is a low poly cat.

I REALLY love the fight between Minos and Sissyphus. Not just because they are prime souls but because they are foils to each other in many ways. Minos is fast and smaller but agile hard hitting while Sissyphus is larger and somewhat slower but stronger. Minos cared about his people and turned his realm into a utopia while Sissyphus led a rebellion that turned most of the soldiers into abominations. Minos minded his own business in his circle and tried to reason with Gabriel while Sissyphus straight up defied authority just because he was such a determinator. Minos was released by V1 while Sissyphus broke out from the inside. Minos regretted being unable to avenge humanity and his people while Sissyphus regretted nothing. Truly wonderful lore.

Yeah, it wasn't ever meant to. The 0-2's first secret took a lot of time to implement, from what I remember. Currently it's all done by using Ultradirector mod, it makes V1 invincible and lets you move around the camera. And this way enemies basically punch the invincible-invisible dummy and accidentaly kill each other. Chaos ensues
V2 (2) could have had a much better chance against sisyphus if its coins didn’t home in on the player

Edit: the drone fight makes this even more obvious, as there is a moment where they are side-by-side attacking in the same direction.
I like the fact that both Minos and Sisyphus only use pure speed and strength to fight (except Minos’ snakes)
I find it cool how when you pit AI against AI it shows how much of their attack patterns are made to predict player movement instead of directly attacking the player. This is very apparent with V2, Minos Prime, and Gabriel because they were missing the majority of their attacks because they were programmed to fight a rapidly moving sentient nokia instead of orange man who stands there menacingly.

If he ever does in the base game, I reckon it'd either be in Violence or Treachery. Where the enemies start to turn on one another for various reasons. Due to their violent nature, or due to them simply betraying one another. Of course, if Heaven, now that it's lead by Gabriel, shows up to throw down with V1, it would probably end up fighting against demons and husks as well

@@stuff2927 Well we already had infighting with the 0-2 Swordsmachine. And it was similar to Doom infighting. Of course, you are right and it does not need to be in the story itself but that'd likely be more fun.
