I also wanted to say something about forgiveness and holding on to resentment or anger. Often people hold onto anger and resentment because it's a defense mechanism. A lot of the time it comes from trauma from a young age around injustices done against you. Anger is our body's way of telling us that something is unfair against us. It's like our body's justice system. And it can also be empowering but that can be where people get stuck. They think their strength comes from anger but that's not true. And if they let go of anger they will suddenly feel freed up and at peace and able to be present in every moment more than before. So I wanted to say that forgiveness can come easier once people realize WHY they are holding on to anger in the first place (to protect themselves!). When they realize that they don't need it to protect themselves, forgiveness comes naturally.
Only about half way into pile 3 now...really accurate for me...if I'd have heard this last night it wouldn't have resonated as much as it does now...has taken a weight off my shoulders and made me see I don't have to be in such a rush with everything..and to do what lights me up.. Scary yet exciting possibility & i'm worried about the financial risk. I'm taking this reading as the positive sign i've been intuitively seeking 🍀 also must focus on self care!
