Sir I'm getting a namkeen company distributorship but there r 2 issues:
* lots of credit sale in food items to retailers which blocks payment.
* 4-5 lakhs investment needed to re- purchase stock everytime due to payment blockage by retailers.
I'm not available with 4-5 rupees cash in present not money to buy a delivery van.
should I proceed or remove this idea ?

For any distribution business, you need to invest. Only if you have strong financial support, you can think of distribution business. I think you should postpone the plan for now
Its better to block your money with retailer then blocking it with customers

There is a concept of floating wholesalers in rural who does this kind of things. In urban areas you can also do it, but you need to work out the margins and how it is going to benefit the distributor and the retailers
