I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. In dance, my forte are contemporary and musicals and have done most of my performances in theatre. Although my channel is mostly known for dance analysis, I am currently inactive in the dance community.
I’d like to clarify: I meant the choreography was above beginner level, not their actual abilities. I know they wouldn’t be debuting if they were at all just above beginner level 😊

They're actually all pretty good dancers but considering this was just a predebut signal song thing i guess it was always just meant to be a very nice easy going song

You really need to check out their dance performance " Wild for the night" . They are phenomenal dancers. I can understand this reaction because you haven't seen their full potential. Other than dance for the night there are other performances they did on CZcams. You should check them out

It's okey tho cuz they will be releasing 2-3 more song towards the end of the year.
There’s 12 members, one left at the end of 2019 and this was their survival signal song. Mashiho got a solo dance probably because he’s trained the longest in dance and he’s studied basically every genre of dance so that’s why he got a solo dance break. There’s a lot of members who were holding themselves back because they do have a really strong dance line. Same with vocals. I hope you react to some of their vocal covers soon!!!! You’ll really be shocked

You must be kidding me for saying their dancing were for beginners??!! Dude, they all were literally holding back so much here, you've never seen their performance on the Yg treasure box survival show( which was back in 2018,can u imagine how much they have improved now..), they showcases their swag, raps, stage presence and ofc their vocals and dancings. Treasure was well known for their powerful vocal and rap lines as they were from YG (company known for crazy rapping verses like big bang, 2ne1,psy,ikon,winner ,blackpink) but their dancings were crazy good, treasure are all rounder. Stan talent for clear skin ❤
This song was for their show yg treasure box and they were changing the members often. That's why they made the choreography easier. If you really wanna see their dance level, you should check out their cover dance. I gotta say it's pretty dope✨
You should react to their covers, they have a lot of dance covers that i think you would love and they are short so it would fit in one video. There's also great vocal covers, they're all so talented

Im not a dancer but I dont think they are "above beginner level". Watch their Wild For the Night cover and many other dance covers. In this performance film, their dance is sooo tamed/held back compared to the other covers.

But yes, Yedam does have a viral cover of Shawn Mendez’s “In My Blood”, but his voice has improved and developed SO much since that cover! He actually has a solo song out called “WAYO” and it’s such a good song. His voice is absolutely amazing. The Treasure vocal line also does a cover of WAYO (which I highly recommend you check out along with the original song), and Yedam did a collab with Suhyun of AKMU for WAYO as well!

This was like a laid back type of choreography since Going Crazy is more of a pop kinda genre. You should check out their Wild for the Night dance cover😀 before i forgot, the one you said did the aerobatics is Mashiho a Japanese member. His been dancing since he was a kid from ballet to hiphop and jazz. Haruto was the first one you noticed😊 also a Japanese member. He originally auditioned and trained for the dance line but ended up being the rapper of the group(which by the way the best decision) please do check out more of them please...
As everyone has said Mashiho is the one who did the spin, he has taken dance lessons since he was 5 years old (He's 21 now). So he's the most experienced dancer in the group.

the ‘attitude’ guy is Haruto. a 16 years old boy and a japanese. he got into yg ent as a dancer and vocalist but will be debuting as a rapper of the group. he once won 1st place on freestyle dance competition back in his homeland Japan!

Also just because it's basic doesn't mean that they can't dance and even if your old doesn't mean younger ones can't dance. It's YG FYI a lot are crazy about this agency because their artists are masterpiece.

After stanning only BB, 2NE1, and liking IKON, this is the only other group which caught my attention again and I have been investing time, emotions (and money) on. I see them as awesome and talented kids I would like to support, love, and protect. It's so amazing to see how much they have grown and improved from their trainee days. Their personalities and relationship dynamics are so interesting and entertaining to see too.
The vibe this song gave - fresh, fun, light is very refreshing. Watching YG Treasure Box 😭, Treasure Map, and all their other contents helped my sanity while being stuck at home while working during quarantine.

Mashiho, who did the dance break, has been training dancing since he's 5 and learned a variety of dances including ballet. he's an itsy bitsy little man so he may be overshadowed by other members but i feel he's actually the best dancer out of them all. but all of them range from decent to excellent dancers.

I also think that this song is not the song for a dance performance too (it was released for fans during the long period waiting for Treasure’s debut) so you might not find what you have expected from this songs.
