But once I reached a point with Alistair, I completely denounced Zevran. I'd love to try out that romance in a replay, but Alistair is quite literally my type and I'm living vicariously through my Warden right now. Zevran will have to wait.

Alistair/HoF, Fenris/Hawke, and Cullen/Inquisitor are my favorite Dragon Age couples. Their personalities drew me in and made themselves right at home in my favorite romances. Knowing that they had trauma made me want to try and help them instead of making them worse. They deserve a chance to find happiness and move past their trauma.

This is the main reason why I rather sacrifice myself killing the archdemon. I couldnt and, just today I finished my 5th DAO playthrough, still couldn't accept the idea of Alistair being with someone else while I'm still alive. Sure I could have been a human noble but still he would have to have mistress for heir so no. Let me die and one day Alistair will learn to love again and have good family. (Told my brother about this hours ago and he kept telling me sis it's just a game so stop having this kind of ending 😂). At least that's what I hope for my canon playthrough. In my very 1st playthrough, I romanced him and since I failed to hardened him I had the dialogue option of "I'm sorry I can't let you" before killing the archdemon and this really destroyed me. I still remember I cried for 2 hours once the credit rolled because in that ending I got the part where Alistair got drunk before disappearing lol. So yeah long story short king Alistair now you can woo any woman you like until you want to settle 🤧
The wedding scene made me cry. It is very nostalgic. The music fits perfectly too and it’s just such a satisfying end. Big thanks to DanaDuchy for making the mod.

Both are Grey Wardens and they could end up dying before their time at any time. That moment where Riordan tells you that you die along with the dragon is devastating. My method was to play in the dead of night, volume low as I can make it while still being able to hear XD Also had a couple TV shows I did that with. I mean my family and I all share the same morals and I'm an adult so it's not so much avoiding them walking in on intimate scenes as it is watching privately so as to avoid questions and commentary. Honestly I've romanced everyone in the game at least once just to see. But Alistair is just...wow. like not only is he such a wholesome and caring character (with a good sense of humor) he just has the most soothing voice. (Steve Valentine was literally the perfect pick for Alistairs voice. )

I remember it bother me, back then when she told me to lay with alistair bla bla, but since I had a lot of friendship and a soft spot for her I just think she says that for saving the life of her sister how she calls my Warden, and after seeing how Riordan ends... i am gonna romance him but i am terrifiyed because i play this on the xbox my whole family uses in our living room and i am not super excited about my dad or someone walking in on a sex scene.

I remember my brother playing this game when it came out but not much after that. A week ago I remembered it and finally got it on the one x that I have in my room... but the one time that my mom wants to talk through my door the scene started to play and I didn’t no the dialogue was leading up to that so I had to poke my head out of my room and talk to her while glancing back at the tv and her
My method was to play in the dead of night, volume low as I can make it while still being able to hear XD Also had a couple TV shows I did that with. I mean my family and I all share the same morals and I'm an adult so it's not so much avoiding them walking in on intimate scenes as it is watching privately so as to avoid questions and commentary. Like I'm watching my soaps, bugger off! XD
Honestly I've romanced everyone in the game at least once just to see. But Alistair is just...wow. like not only is he such a wholesome and caring character (with a good sense of humor) he just has the most soothing voice. (Steve Valentine was literally the perfect pick for Alistairs voice. )
Anyone else really pissed off that playing as a woman romancing Alistair you basically HAVE to let him sleep with Morrigan in order for your happy ending, whereas a male character its not necessary?? Burgh!
toscata i didnt play as a male character..really that is quite awful. When I heard that I have to let Alistair one night with Morrigan I was shocked. Nice twist tho
I think it's hard but with the right choices you can still remain with Alistair and also recruit loghain forcing loghain to sleep with Morrigan
@@drakeloki4214 But if you do that, Alistair becomes a drunkman in the future and you won't see him during inquisition, its a terrible ending
And also if he becomes king, he has to sleep with a lot of women to have a heir to the throne...
@@wonderland6884 That's if you're not human noble, If you marry him he didn't mention anything about other women, and with my city elf he said that but I didn't take it seriously, honestly the best pair for me is Cousland and Alistair, maybe because it was my first option in the hole game, and Morrigan... I remember it bother me, back then when she told me to lay with alistair bla bla, but since I had a lot of friendship and a soft spot for her I just think she says that for saving the life of her sister how she calls my Warden, and after seeing how Riordan ends... I think we are lucky to have such an option, to have a happy ending after all, not like with solavellan hell coff coff, someone I'm burning here..

probably available from the dwarf and his son after lothering in camp
i think you have to use the console to add it to your inventory

I love how they have this graphic love scene like 10 inches away from their camp with dramatic Celtic music and then come back like, "SO HEY WHAT NOW??"
