A big hint for using stencils; Your brush or sponge that you use to dabble the paint onto the stencils with needs to be dry and have very little paint on it. So when you dip your stippling brush, stencil brush or dauber sponge you need to blot out most of the paint onto a paper towel (or something similar. You tap, tap, tap away the excess paint into the paper towel so that your brush or sponge is practically absent of paint. When the paint is as wet as you had it on your brush, it will bleed under the cut-out of the stencil. Give it a try and practice it a few times. You got this, girl!

@@GarlindaPrice Not too big of an issue with stencil quality. The main thing is to secure the stencil well with painter's tape and even then you need to use your fingers and/or hand to keep the stencil from moving at all. The slightest movement will smudge the paint. You should wait until the paint is dry before you remove the stencil, too. Happy crafting!!! ☺
I’m wondering is it my CZcams acting weird. This video keeps going in and out with no volume and speeds and doesn’t show the steps??? Just curious. Even the voice changes like a mouse. I do like the leaf one ❤
