So 90perecentile is not the highest ? Its 10%less to be highest..? So it says 90% ppl are below 90percentile..only 10% are beyond 90percentile ...but at last what is take home message by this percentile..? Plz explain

Percentile is universally used to interpret data. Mostly the exam results are presented in percentiles..
In finance in dentistry, it comes under DELTA DENTAL PLAN.
When the exam is tougher percentile comes down and VICEVERSA...
