Here's the deal with the O2 to 06 trailblazers. Provided there's no mechanical known issues, you want to replace all the sensors including camshaft sensor replace all your coils with preferably AC Delco change your plugs clean your intake manifold, and it's probably a good idea to replace the fan clutch belt and tensioner pulley again with all preferably ACDelco parts. Mine's running over 300,000 miles like a tank and doesn't seem like she wants to stop going. I've also replace the entire front end suspension and rear and I'm about to slap four nice Michelin sneakers on her....
