When we have life altering things happen to us, we go through these roller coaster of emotions and I hear these in this SMC. You have been through a lot and there is a reason you are still with us, able to tell your story of what you’ve been through and now journaling your journey back to complete health again. When we have these life altering things happen to us, we realize how delicate and precious life is and how many take it for granted. You were put on earth and given the gifts you have for a reason, and this a new facet to which has now been revealed. I look forward to listening to your journey of what you went through, what you’re going through, and how it has changed and continues to change your life. I’ve had a stroke and cancer in the last nine years. Each incident has changed my life and I reflect on them daily. A lot of the words you spoke today I related to in so many ways. God bless you, Bridgette, and I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers as you continue this journey through your new normal. ❤
I was in line last night at the grocery store; and a very nice, talkative Nun stood right behind me w her friend and she said, "well, we all have to get something don't we?" and I was like ' i get it....yes' (it was really profound for me to hear it put that way.) 💦💦💝💝💘💘

Bridgette I am so proud of you right now! I am so happy for you right now! I am here if you want to talk. I too had an experience similar but not the same. With me, it wasn't my heart but an illness. I think beside if you treating your body like a temple, know your spirit guides and angel and such...helped you as well. I would love to learn from you. If you would like to teach me. I had open heart surgery when i was born they said i had no chance of survival the doctors did. I had multiole things going on at once. They also diagnosed me with 22q. Something often caused by heart deffects, but now called digeorge syndrome. I guess because a lot of autism and other mental conditions cooccur with digeorge sybdrome. Naturaly making my chances of survival lower, but to this day i wont accept the chances my doctors had given me. Whats messed up was when they found out about my digeorge syndrome they could have done early intervention for me to be able to understand my condition, and for me to survive longer. I had to find out about my conditions years later which is upsetting im still in the process of grieiving that. What i could have had done. Im also in the process of grieiving because no ones helping me but my parents try to get onto the disability system. Which that intervention needs to happen. If theres any chance of survival just know from my story i didnt let that happen. I still dont let them mess with me. Im currently fed up with doctors purposfully trying not to diagnose me with autism because i have 22q even though they are cooccurring conditions. I have never once gave up that fight for the smallest amount of control that i have over my life. Silence is that enemy and if we remain silent people have the power of authority over us. Dont let the doctors tell you they have that authority. As someones whos dealing with multiple disabilities they can tell you that. I came back to your channel cause i started to notive what you were doing was similar to what im doing now when i started to try to read living people. I couldnt get started around working with spirit beings because i really dont know what to expect thats just part of autism, and not knowing or understanding social cues, and wanting to know so we can know how to respond tonthat situation. I read people without having asked them questions or looking them up till later till i felt like i knew the response. I even seen full images of real people, and i just didnt expect the response. I almost stayed closed off for a little while cause its scary still don't know what to expect from that. I was very skeptical of this style of reading at first but i think i like this and prefer this. I also dont have a history with these people. Making it easier for me not to really expect ok this might happen if i do this or say this. Might not wanna respond that way. I said something to my mama last night and i think i may have shocked her system just a bit, because I've been reading into our situation lately. One thing about autistic people we notice details other people might just miss, because we like patterns, but pair that with adhd and your more than likely to get distracted.
