Detraina can be pulled on the Hujeb banner since he's also Sacred Blaze. I dont think she's been a featured SB unit again.

Anyone know if I could save the veterans seal for when Ogen is in gen pool or no?

Ogen will come to gen pool eventually, so you can wait although it will take some time.

Saving veteran seals for certain characters is a big gamble. Alot of 5 stars in gen pool and a super low chance of getting ogen.
