No. Only 15% seats are available for outside students in kerala govt colleges. So you should have high rank to get any seat

जो nativity का फॉर्म दिया है NK 2 कॅटेगरी के लिये, उसमे सिर्फ engineering और allied courses के बारे में लिखा है, उसमे medical का कोई उल्लेख ही नहीं है. तो फिर जीनको mbbs करना है kerala private college से तो उन्हे nativity form अपलोड करना है या नहीं ?

If u have 45 lakh fees then go for kerala.
If u dont have more than 25 lakh then go for abroad.
For govt colleges in kerala, only 15% seats are available for outside kerala students. So you should have high rank in neet to get there.
For private colleges: 550+ marks, and around 50 lakhs fee.
What's the score I have to achieve to get a payment seat in Rajasthan only....is it around 575-600? And what's the cost of it?

There are few students in govt colleges from north. It is available if you have marks.
But majority 95% will be local students and hindi isn't widely used here.
You can apply for the 15% seats in government college
