    Captured using my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S II) and a home made adapter directly on the scope.
    Because a lot of people asked, this is the model of microscope I used:
    magazin.telescop-expert.ro/mic...
    3 days ago I satisfied one of my childhood desires to peek under the hood of the visible world so I bought a biological microscope. I did not want to boy a cheap digital one because it didn't have the optical capabilities that I wanted (1000x oil immersion, at least semi plan objective lenses), the possibility to add a dark field condenser (which I will) so I had to figure out a way to capture the images. One solution would have been to buy a microscope camera or modify a HD webcam. But in the end I figured that my phone captures the images in full HD and also I could use it as a digital screen for the microscope also without investing anything else.
    So there you have it. The maximum optical magnification of blood captured using a phone.I think there are no HD microscope vids on youtube so I think these might be the best.
    The first part contains images of living blood (mine) on 100x, 400x and 1000x(oil immersion) using a standard 10x sight.
    The last part contains some images of dried up blood after one day.
    Mostly you will just see red blood cells (without oxygen taken from the vain and not an artery) and some other type of cells that I don't know exactly what they are yet.

    Just watched a video showing blood cells appearing the same way. The explanation why the blood stacked together is because it is under stress and attempting to protect itself. Its typically a sign of the environment being too acidic. Healthy blood cells are much fuller and not stacked like coins. So fascinating!

    • @AngloSaxophone
      @AngloSaxophone Před 8 lety +10

      There is blood traveling through your eye lenses as blood is needed to dilate your pupils. I dont know exactly where im seeing the blood flow from though. Also it isn't dead blood cells ( i know what you mean/Worm looking things in your eye.) I can see a constantly flow of them traveling in one direction. Its really hard to do but any one can master it.

    We can have:
    1. A few long-lasting scenes of vividly captured and detail-oriented shots. OR
    2. A few hundred snappy scenes where it's nauseating to see anything unless the viewers pause every two-thirds of a second, which defeats the purpose of it being a video.
    The producer/cameraman, with neither consideration nor hesitance in his mind, chose the later.

      Or when you aren't looking at a peripheral blood smear and you see the natural settling pattern of a thick drop of blood. This would have to be done with a wet mount that has a slip cover and therefore the microscope is not used on oil. They are in contact with the glass of the slide and cover, it's called coagulation. Unless I missed that the blood was heparinized...

      That was my thought too, blood cells all stuck together, though maybe it just drying up? There are videos on CZcams about acidity of the blood and effect like this. Also I believe it has something to do with oxygenation and electric charge of the cells (if charged they naturally repel each other) and Bob Beck's blood electrification are quite interesting in this context.

      Smallest of the white cells is a lymphocyte, but even that is bigger in size than a normal discoid red cell. I thinknit could be a crenated red cell or just an artifact.

    that blood is absolutely clustered - it is moneyroll-blood - I guess the owner of this blood is somebody who telefones a lot with his handy... he should look for some possibilities to get his blood unclustered again, because this clustering can cause all kinds of unwanted effects, such as diseases...

      Yes dear Paul :-) :-D
      thank you so much, for speaking out loud ;-)
      you said, what I did not dare to tell that person! Absolutely right! I also guess, that it is a strong meat and animalprotein, and less chlorophyll - means plant-eater ... and not drinking enough water, to help the body clean from the toxines :-D
      I would also strongly advise that person to change his nutrition ... and drink more clean water :-D
      ------------------
      By the way :-)
      I am not a doctor ... but I am experienced in 27 years of a vegan rawfood diet. Not always 100%, but at least 90% and many very uncommon self-experiences... like 10 days without drinking and eating ... half year only orange ... 3 months only bitter herbage :-D
      3 week fasting... jumping into icecold springs - even in wintertime :-D

      Paul Blake It's more likely that his cell phone, which is connected to his microscope is causing the formation of stacked coins due to cell phone radiation. All he needs to do is remove the phone and wait a few hours and have another look for himself. If you are really a doctor, isn't it a little irresponsible to be making such a claim without knowing anything about this person?

      No it's not... That is unhealthy blood cells. How do you think doctors examine your blood under the microscope... While it's in your body ?

    • @eggsbenedict123
      @eggsbenedict123 Před 10 lety +7

      doctors don't examine blood! people have blood TESTS which doesn't involve a microscope. and that isn't to check if the cells are healthy, it's to check the amount of a certain substance e.g. glucose. you can't tell the health of a blood cell by looking at it.
