I am a waitress. We’ll just tell you to not talk to us like that, refuse you service, kick you out and tell you to not come back. It’s the best feeling ever when someone tries to be rude, demand things, then get all surprised and pissed off when things don’t go their way. 😂😂 always be nice to your server. They’re handling your food after all.

For those who seem to have missed : She can have “just a little” because she’s not really severely gluten intolerant. It’s an affectation
or maybe she has a mild gluten allergy. I have a mild gluten allergy and can have a little gluten but can't have a lot and it actually really hurts me when people assume I'm faking
Or they can just lied about have reactions to gluten at all. I saw a lot of people does it after someone who was really gluten intolerant trying to order their meals and suddenly the one who ordered soy sauce ingredients products wants to everything gluten-free including her veggies wheat wraps.😂
I respect him for at least letting her know there’s gluten in it, I mean he could have left her 😂❤

I used to be a prep/line cook in a restaurant and one waitress had a table who requested gluten free appetizers and mains but then proceeded to ask for bread to go with the meal.
The problem with eating food prepared in the sane kitchen that flour is used is that there would be cross contamination. Flour gets in the air very easily. So if you are severely allergic or have celiacs you would want to take that into consideration
