That’s what I call some “good people’s” right there.
So for everyone who's wondering why they started laughing: The interviewer asked the farmer's first name to which he answers F. de Wijk, so he basically gives them only his surname and the first letter of his first name. The reporter then asks does the F stand for Frans or Frederick... then the farmer says Frederick and at the same time the reporter says: "or fuck you"... and then they started laughing haha
