Actually, this footage was taken last month (August) when I was doing a summer course in Vaasa right after I finished a summer job in Tampere. The professors statement about ocean was a bit too much.
Vaasa is at the shoreline of the Gulf of Bothnia, which is part of a sea but not real ocean.
It's a more gentle sea shore than what oceans tend to have.
