- It took us 9 hours of driving to get here! We had tried three other trails which were all still snowed in so we decided to just go to Bowman. We tried the backside first and even it was still snowed in. A small lift and wheels/tires is a must!! It not only transforms the look but also makes this car so much more capable off-roading!
Hey! Planning on going to Bowman this weekend. Which route did you take? We were planning on going through Washington but not sure that is still snowed in. Thanks!
I tried two different routes lol the only one open at the time was the entrance off Highway 20 right of Highway 80 near Emigrant Gap. The other route , Jackson meadows, still had too much snow and a couple of downed trees. I'm pretty sure the Washington route will be good now but I'm not for sure lol. Hope this helps!

You come up from 80 or from 89 via Jackson Meadows?
We tried the Jackson Meadows route first but ran into a lot of snow still so the way we actually got through was off 80!
