That was so awesome, saving the turtle. I do it every time I see a turtle in the road. They say always take them the direction they are going. I once had one I believe must have been a snapping turtle kinda chase me around in a circle before I could get my hands on him to save him. Lol.

In addition to the everyday use and brightly colored souvenir pottery, there are many different styles of Mexican traditional and artisan pottery, which tend to be higher value.
My mother had a Fantaninj nativity set. I used to buy her pieces to add to it. They were very expensive.

$7 for the Fontanini was a fantastic deal. I’ve collected it for years. Love it because its plastic bust doesn’t appear to be plastic. It’s perfect at Christmastime because my grandkids can “play” with the pieces and the pieces won’t break.

I'm a fellow turtle lover too. One day on my way to work I stopped to save a very large turtle in the middle of the road. As I was carrying it across the road it decided to empty it's very full bladder all over me! I still rescue them when I see them.
They say you should put a turtle the way it was going or it may have to travel the same way again. But they also say that a pregnant female turtle may make a u turn and head back the nesting area. Not sure how you determine that! Lol

Raining with a blue sky happens here in CO, sometimes. 😸 One time I was at a Star Trek convention in Aurora in June on a sunny day. I was outside waiting and it started snowing. It was the funniest thing. It'd be great if that happened at a summer yard sale.
I heard there is some kind of bacteria on turtles. I wouldn’t touch them with my bare hands. I hope she washed her hands after. Think the pendant is a jelly belly & might b worth some money.

A couple years ago I developed parkinson's tremors. From the medicine I was taking for my stomach. We were hoping it was temporary. 4yrs later we are realizing it is not. And I need to sell out and hopefully break even.
