If you happen to come to Singapore again, you can try char kway teow (stir fried noodles with cockles in sweet black sauce), Hainanese chicken rice and rojak (mixed vegetable & fruit salad in sweet prawn paste and peanut bits). Sentosa is awesome. I loved Singapore. Between watching a Grand Prix, going out on my friends boat, and staying at the hotel with a pool on top of it, I didn’t want to leave!

You've got to try "Song Fa Bak Kut Teh" on your next trip to Singapore. I'm sure you'll enjoy it cause it is a very popular dish in Singapore.

For carrot cake, you can actually ask for a mixture. Half dark and half white.
A better version of Mr Coconut is Cocoink. You can find them at Esplanda, Sentosa and Orchard. Coconut ice cream is originally from That and Cocoink is the first and only to bring the original receipe to Singapore.
